A naturopath turned me onto this years ago. It cured my panic attacks. I’ve learned that when I haven’t sweated for a while, especially in the winter, or if I drink too much coffee and booze and not enough water, I start having scary weird nervous System issues and I know it’s time for a detox again. This stuff has brought me back to health many many times when I was lightheaded and lost all energy. It works fast for me. Within minutes you will feel better. Depending upon the extent of my crash, two days at the most to be completely back to my normal energetic self. I highly recommend this.

My cousin recommended this product to me. I've had a hard time saying no to the sweets my family loves. He suggested a half scoop 2x daily for the first 3 days, then a half scoop 3x daily for the next 4 days, and then increase to 3/4 of a scoop 3x a day. It had a vanilla taste which wasn't bad. He also suggested I take a break from the carbs and sugars which I did. Here's the best part. I'm down 10lbs, which has been so hard for me to loose these past few years. I plan a lot of meals now but I'm always full and don't need the carbs (breads, pasta, potatoes, pizza, etc.. or sugars (cakes, cookies...) lots of fruits and veggies!!. I've stopped taking it and have continued to loose weight and have been able to maintain a healthy eating habit and don't mind all the sweets around me now. Thank you...

I am giving 3 stars because it DOES work despite the gross taste.I thought the flavour couldn’t get any worse but then this new version came out and proved me wrong. There’s something disgustingly chemical in their “vanilla” flavouring that makes this hard to choke down. I’m looking for an alternative powder for my future cleanse.

"Bio Cleanse" has become "Bio Cleanse Plus". The newer version is in a slightly larger tub. The "original" version had no taste in my breakfast smoothie. The "plus" version has a smell and a flavor that comes through in my smoothie. I prefer the original powder, since it was flavor-less.I DO like the benefit of this product, hence the 3 stars. I have found it to GREATLY improve my digestive health!! Just disappointed with the new flavor...

This stuff is amazing and I literally feel healthier and more vibrant when I take it. Sadly, it is a) hard to find anywhere except online and b) is it too expensive to keep on hand regularly. So, truly, IF this magic stuff were available easily and NOT quite so expensive, I would always have it around and take it daily. It is fabulous.

This used to taste great, almost like a vanilla shake. Now, it tastes chalky. There's a medicinal aftertaste that makes it hard to drink.

I'm on day four of drinking BioCleanse, and I can't stomach the taste. I've tried mixing it with water, almond milk, and coffee. Today, I completely threw it all up, including what I had taken earlier. My nutritionist recommended this shake, so I was really hoping for something positive, but i can't say I've found anything enjoyable about this product.

I love this stuff. My naturopathic doctor has had me do a couple of cleanses (one heavy metal cleanse and one for the liver), and has had me take this for breakfast as a part of it. It has a great flavor, and seems to help!
