When I initially received the book I was blown away. It is a massive contraption, with over a 1000 pages, it has every imaginable Italian recipe, explained in the simplest and most easy to understand format.I for one, have a profound interest in all things Italian - cooking being a major part of it, so this is a godsend.The book is amply illustrated in certain parts as well, so it definitely helps give you a picture of what you would be expecting the dish to look like should you decide to prepare it.My final verdict? Go for it! You won't regret it. Buy this and you would not require another cookbook or manual on Italian cooking.

Easy to follow recipies - very comprehensive, a must have book for anyone who loves italian cooking or even if you just like reading cookbooks :-)
