I waited several days before I have written a review of this product. I wanted to see if it actually helped the cramping that I have been experiencing for quite a while. My cramping has been in my hands and fingers during the day and in my thighs and calves during the night sometimes waking me from a dead sleep. I am pleased to say that over the last five days I have had only one minor cramping event in my hands....and, a minor event in my calf. Therefore, I can honestly say that this product is working for me and has reduced my cramping issues to nearly zero. I highly recommend this product and I hope it works as well for you. GeorgeUpdate: I have been using this one per day in the morning for two months....cramps are gone..I mean gone. None at night in my legs and none in my hands during the day. Great product for me. So, I'm leaving a review sooner than I normally would, because the seller WOULD NOT STOP hounding me. I like to wait to post a review until I've used the product for a couple months, so I can truly give details, not just "great product".That being said, the supplement is good, so far after a week, no negative side effects or anything. Nasty flavor but *shrugs* that's not a shock.Buyer beware : if you purchase this, your inbox will be flooded with emails urging you to post a review. I would've given this 5 stars had I not been bullied into posting a review.

Helped with my sleeping

It’s working. I take 2 a day. My potassium level is finally normal again and this helps my TSH for my sluggish thyroid. Easier than eating seaweed all the time.

I take three of these a day along with 500 mg of magnesium, and it keeps my blood pressure sweet without need of BP meds. I like the color, which makes it easy to distinguish them from other tablets. I like the added iodine, because I no longer use iodized salt, since I use seasoned salt now.

I like this product very much. Its great for RLS, ( leg crumps); for slow metabolism as well. It's has cleansing & detoxifying effects. Great colon cleanser and for toxic elimination. I lost two pounds in a week., already. I highly recommend this product for people with hypothyroidism. Warning: * check potassium levels* : too low or to high could cause heart problems. It helps my appetite. I'm enjoying food again!

I just bought this product at the beginning of July05, so I have not been able to really report on the benefits of this product. My concern though is with the "Other Ingredients:dicalcium phosphate,veggie stearicacid,veggie magnesium stearate,aqueous film coating (purified water,hydoxypropyl methylcellulose,veggie glycerine),croscamellose sodium & silicon dioxide." And "allergen warning": contains shellfish. As with the "Other..." I'll have to research each and everyone of those ingredients to see if they interfere with any of my medications, R exacerbate my current disabilities. This review will have to be updated.
