Paleo friendly gluten-free sweet potato noodles. An Oriental noodle made from sweet potato starch. It is a thin, long, translucent noodle with a chewy texture. The packs vary with 5-6 nests in each bag. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak in hot salted water for 5-10 minutes. To infuse extra flavour into your noodles, soak in a stock of your choice. Drain and drizzle them with oil to minimise sticking. Allow to cool before adding to stir fry's and soups. PLEASE NOTE: Although these noodles don't contain gluten, they may be processed in a factory that produces foods containing gluten. Therefore they are NOT suitable for coeliacs.
