This tool is a MUST have for any serious batteries DIYers
It's rugged, simple and just works reliably. i don't know if it's accurate nor do I really care since it establishes a reference baseline for comparing one good cell against another. The measurement is much more stable than another brand I returned - which also worked. I only wished it could touch hold the value of interest - the higher for voltage and the lower for resistance measurement. Although it's reasonably priced against others I wished it was 40$ includong shipping, which is the lowest I found on Ebay. However... After a month!...I received 3 LEGO's sample pieces! I got refunded by Ebay of course but never got apologies from the vendor. So I used Amazon instead at 70$ 2 days Prime.

Great for figuring out which battery us bad in a pack
I had a UPS pack that said it was bad. But the batteries were only about 3 years old. All held a charge, but one had very high internal resistance. Swapped it out.... perfect.Used it to find a few bad cells in a pile of rechargeable batteries.

Just a garbage
This is a very inaccurate tool, same battery, 10 tests, 10 different results

Very accurate. easy to use and check the condition of the battery. Only very disappointed that all the reviews say it comes with a case. even ebay shows it with a hard case. I received this meter wrapped in bubble wrap. Like maybe it was used? or it was to big to ship with the case. I just do not want to throw this in my tool cabinet, to get all banged up. so I will get a case for it. Amazon description does not say it comes with a case. only all the reviews do. Maybe it should have been cheaper.

Very consistent and easy to read.The cables need some adjustment but it is not difficult to customize.I love it
