After reading reviews on this product I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed the incense burner is gorgeous came well packaged as described with 20 cones. so fare I tried the Rose, Gardenia, and lavender cones smell great. I used the burner after a long day and before bedtime. Watching the smokeflow while listening to zen music makes me feel very relaxed and peaceful. I will be buying more as a gift

This is the coolest thing ever!!! The smoke goes down like a fountain! But!! and most important, do not have the incense holder near a fan....the slightest air manipulation pulls the smoke away from the holder.... I but mine inside of a large glass case with opening at the top...now I can keep the incense burner anywhere in my home : )

I had to write a review because it arrived in such a beautiful package for the price. A great value with a beautiful heavy box, lined with yellow satin fabric - the ceramic work looks very artisan handcrafted. It is very sculptural. It comes with a velvet pouch filled with cones of many scents. The card tells you what scent they are. It also comes with bamboo tongs with a lovely tassle on the end. Inside is a thank you card and an email should anything be forgotten. They obviously are serious about their small business and want good reviews and I thought they deserved it! A great gift for any incense lover. So - it works! If you have an AC blowing or a fan it can distract the flow of the smoke, but with patience - in a few moments the smoke does begin to flow down like water. It is truly interesting and beautiful.

The waterfall cascading effect looks amazing and gives a relaxing and calming feeling.The package include 20 pieces of fragrant wood which is a great addition to start immediately.

The paint work is fantastic. It is a little difficult to line of the holes, so that the smoke can flow through well. When it is aligned well the smoke flows beautifully. There is a great variety of fragrance included. They give you a card with it to tell what fragrance is what. But it is hard to tell the difference between the fragrances and colors. The burning is pretty good. It only burned for about 12 minutes; however I got fans going so that might make the burning time faster.

I got this burner as a gift for my girlfriend; she loved it. The item was as described came with variations of cones well packaged in a beautiful box. The burner was very easy to use. The cones smell good and burn for about 15 min you just have to light it up a few times to make sure it's burned then you place it on the top of the hole, and you start seeing the smoke flowing from a petal to petal. It's very magical and mesmerizing to watch!

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. The only disappointing thing was when she opened it on her birthday, it was broken. I reordered and it came next day and she tried it and likes it alot. I ordered extra cones because of the not so great reviews on the cones it came with, (odor, etc) but in actuality the included cones were good! It is true that it does not work well if there is any sort of draft but once you get it to an area where there is no draft, it works well. She's happy with it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I really like this backflow burner. It works well and it is very pretty. My only drawback is the cones that come with it. The sandalwood is the only scent that is a scent. The rest are hit or miss. Most of the cones smell like campfire smoke. That is okay if you like that smell which everyone in my family does like. The rose cone has what appears to be a dye that sort of bled. Also, I am not sure what these cones are made of. At the very end of their burning, there is a poignant smell. I didn’t smell it until the cone was complete ash. It makes me wonder what these cones are made of. The product itself is great. Maybe check elsewhere where for the cones (at least the cones are free).
