StickyJ Aluminum Medical Alert Wallet Card with Free Engraving

This is the BEST emergency wallet card I’ve ever bought or made, hands down. It’s actually embossed, rather than "engraved" or etched - which is GOOD. The result is a perfectly smooth surface, which protects the clear plastic wallet sleeve I keep it in, yet with lettering that is both permanent and extremely readable, with no rough edges on the smooth lettering. (I chose white lettering on red/maroon metal plate.) CONTRARY to a posted review or two, the text is embossed on BOTH sides of the card; no "stickers" are involved at all. And the metal card (aluminum?), though stiff and durable, is a hair thinner than a typical credit card. It’s about as thin as most modern driver’s licenses, making for an easy fit for a wallet sleeve - even with a credit card or license sharing the same sleeve. (I have only this one card in a plastic sleeve, to ensure that both sides are certain to be seen by first responders.) The embossed text is PRECISELY as shown on the template you type your data onto; the spelling, punctuation, spacing, capitalization, and number of lines are EXACTLY as you enter them. The only differences (which are good) are that the lines are centered, rather than in-line on the left, and there is equal (and ample) spacing on both the left and right sides. The result is clear, readable embossed information, on both sides of the card, which should last a lifetime. And the card is so inexpensive that re-making it to reflect updated information is no problem at all. Highly recommended.

These cards are an update to my previous cards. Since medically things change we needed new card. The metal Medical ID Card are well made and the inscriptions are well done and very easy to read. If I need new ones again due to medical changes, I will be sure to get these again.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase, it arrived quickly, professionally done, and will hold up forever in my wallet. I wanted something that was durable but could also be customized to share all the important information for me all in one easy to carry as well as easy to find location. Should I ever be unable to provide the information myself.On one side of the card the seller engrave the information you provide on 8 lines. On the other side my card came with stickers to place on it to quickly show other important health information.My card was the same red color shown in the preview photo as well as one that was shown in the picture.

Perfect for our purpose. Both of our children have food allergies and our 3yo has a drug allergy too, so it’s very important that first responders know not to feed them or give our son his drug allergy in the event that I’m unconscious. We bought adhesive pockets for the back of your phone and stuck them to the side of their car seats to hold these.

Very nice and legible

I loved this idea. But how it looks and what you receive are different. I wanted everything on one side as shown on their description, but it all spread out and on 2 sides. Not a great idea when EMT is looking for emergency information

This is a fantastic buy. I wish I could have requested engraving on the opposite side.

I am very impressed by this card. Everything is super legible, the card is good quality metal, no flex. Glad I purchased this. Way better than those cheap paper/cardboard ones you can buy.
