Works Great and Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my aging parents, who are getting too old now to water all their house plants. It's only been like a couple weeks, but it seems like the machine is working well, and my parents are so elated now that they won't have to go through all the trouble of watering their plants. It takes a little bit of dedication in the beginning to try to set it up, considering that the pots closest to the pump will end up getting more water and not all your plants will have the same watering needs. However, once it's set up, it works flawlessly.Customer service is superb, too. Their attention and follow-up is really amazing. Immediately, after I purchased the kit, they contacted me to give me some tips to make installation easier, and they even sent follow-up emails to make sure I was satisfied, and they even offered to send me spare drippers and parts free of charge (if I needed). That is A+ customer service!Lastly, just as a word of caution, you cannot keep adding drippers indefinitely to each pump beyond what is allowed (I got the updated model which comes with 15 drippers). I tried to do that by adding like 30 drippers to pots at varying elevations, and the pump stopped working after like 25 drippers. And I probably wouldn't want to go past like +5 drippers, since the pump has a certain capacity, and you don't want to burn out the motor before it's time. So, I was really glad I purchased 2 kits.

Works great if you have 1 plant
Ok so true that I was not using this like the example. I was using it to water flats of flowers. But I think the same issue would happen regardless if you’re trying to water more than one plant. When setting up the system and linking plants (or flats) one after the other the first plant gets the majority of water. The next less. And subsequent ones little to none. I couldn’t figure out how to make sure there was adequate pressure to get all the plants. In my application, the first flat was flooded and the 3rd was completely dry. Here’s how I solved my application. 1) use gravity by placing the pump above the flats, 2) restrict the water flow from the hose that is directly under the pump that also has the shortest distance to travel (I clipped the hose with binder clips to restrict flow). This seems to result in equal flow to all 3 flats. I tested it several times. Yes it was a pain in the a$$! Hope all my seedlings aren’t dead when I return.

Works great and very easy to setup
I was planning to be away for a few days and needed a way to keep my 13 small plants going. This kit did the trick! I was able to get it set up in about 15 minutes, set the duration and interval on the pump, and it worked right the first time. The drippers work well and are easy to put on the tubing if you soak the tubing end in hot water for about 10 seconds. That softens the tube and makes it easier. Lots of "T's" included and plenty of tubing, and the pump is plenty strong - I watered all 13 plants at the same time with no issues at all. I use the setup every day now and it's working perfectly. I asked the seller a few questions, and they answered quickly and were very helpful. The customer service is excellent, and that's a big plus for me. Don't worry about the "siphon" effect. It is easy to get around. I used a "T" about 4-5 inches from the pump. One line between the pump and the "T", the other end of the "T" went to the plants, and the "leg" of the "T" goes to an 8" tube with a dripper on the end... that dripper goes into the water reserve but above the water line. When the pump shuts off, that dripper empties and allows air in the line - this ensures there is no siphon effect. Great product and customer service, absolutely recommended.

Works very well thumbs up you saved my back
I grow medical cannabis and recently had a set back and needed surgery to correct a disk problem in my back and was told no bending lifting or twisting for at the least 6 weeks problem was I started a grow prior to having that done my girls were almost dead before this I had a friend install it for me it was so easy to setup then I had him put shut off valves on the lines because half of the crop needed different nutrients due to different stages of growth and with the help of a battery powered drink mixer all I had to do mix it then drop the hose and 15min later all done no lifting at all and once my gallon jugs are empty I get help mixing and filling this is by far the best option. I recommend adding 4 emitters to each 3 gallon pot the kit doesn’t come with enough so I purchased extra and extra accessories.

Great little watering system!
I measured the flow right away to ensure that I had received the right pump/pumping capability - the flow was exactly as stated. I then re-measured the flow once I had added 11 drippers; again, the flow was as promised (~1 cup per dripper in 5 minutes). The only 'mishap' was related to gravity syphon....I placed the pump on top of a 55-gal drum of water, the plants were all slightly lower than the pump, sitting about at a height mid-drum. Approximately 15-gal of water was syphoned onto the floor...after that, I put the drum of water in the basement and ran the outlet tubing up through the floor to water the plants - this works perfectly! - even though the pump must pull water ~9-ft up!! This is a good watering system and has stood up to my evaluation.

This drains very fast and stop functioning within a week
I had set it up for 45 seconds in a 24 hours window. With 4 duracell batteries, I would expect this to run for a good month or more This did not run more than few days. I had replaced with fresh set of batteries and the problem still persists. The setup and functions are real easy and the product functioned as expected except the battery problem.. I would buy if it fixes the battery problem, otherwise it is a waste of money as there is no guarentee that your plants will be fine if you go out for a longer time.

Decent little watering device
I bought this little device to help water some starting plants. The set up was easy, as others have said pay attention to the decimal and days difference. The drippers I'm not sure how good they are. When putting the hose end on a dripper it appears they might actually stop the flow of water. I'll have to test them out later, I prefer the open ended hose anyway and just clamp in on the pot.

simple to use and good entry level irrigation kit
set up to water 15 plants for when on holiday. Here are my tips: set up your drip system and run it for a few days first. I measured the amount of water coming out to determine how much water is used each time depending on timing, length of watering, and number of plants. This is important to figure out how much water each plant will receive over days and also to figure out the size of reservoir. I found 15 plants being watered for the max time of 9 minutes used about 200ml on each plant. less plants = more water pumped to each plant. after you set watering time and frequency the unit will run through one watering cycle and then repeat after that. don't touch any buttons in between watering as you can turn off the cycle. If you are not sure if set correctly you can always just re-set the time and frequency again to start the cycle over. great for emergency holiday watering.
