How to rip it out easily-
This did say the paper was loose, however it is NOT. I ordered knowing it wasn’t loose and expecting it to be easy to rip out, it was not. The paper itself is fine, but ripping it out at first proved difficult. To make it easier to rip out, I removed the cover and back cover, along with the paper along the spine, (showed in picture) and then rip the paper (shown in second image) pulling it out towards the spine. Rips pretty easily this way, and may be necessary since this was the only non-hole punched dot paper I could find on prime.

The best one I could find
It is NOT "loose" and that word should really be removed from the title.I ordered 5 different dot grid books (I don't think loose grid paper that is not hole punched exists) and this is definitely the best one out of the bunch. If you don't know which one to go for, get this one. It's got the most pages, the dots are light gray, nice paper, no numbered pages, perfectly blank. I used it to cut up and make my own smaller journals out of.

paper is not loose
The book arrived promptly, no issue with the seller. However I am unsure why it says LOOSE in the description when the paper is bound, not loose. Also ... sort of silly, but the cover actually says "nature cover" on it which is weird. But the paper is nice quality, more like copy paper texture than binder or graph paper.

not lose paper, but it’s great for the price and double sided
For the price and durability of the paper it is great the dots are grey tone not to dark and not to subtle it’s dotted on both sides and highlighters/gel pens do not bleed threw.making it lose paper: I ripped the back cover to expose the spine/glue then it is easy to rip off without any damages but doesn’t rip it apart so I will have to peel one by one as I use but for dot paper on what I can find on amazon this is worth it

Not Loose Leaf, but Good
These are not loose leaf sheets. You have to carefully remove the cover of the notebook, and tear out each page one-by-one carefully. The value is excellent-this is the closest I got to finding blank dotted sheets to use for my journal signatures. I you are willing to go through the tedious process of tearing out each page, and you're like me with no greater choice but to buy this notebook, then I recommend you buy it. I refused to make a dotted sheet on Microsoft Word and print each page (ink is too expensive for that); so this notebook is a great secondary option.

Good quality paper
4 stars because like other's said it's not loose but I ripped the cover off like another reviewer suggested and the pages tear out easily enough. I almost prefer it coming in a book and tearing out the pages as I go to loose paper, but I wish they came out a little easier/neater. I have a thing for paper that is a little thicker and feels nice to use and this fits the bill. I can use my fountain pen on it without issue and have ordered a second book because I'm about out of pages.

Great paper and price, but not "loose"
Not "loose" like the package says ("loose" to me means individual sheets not attached to one another, these are in a glue- bound notebook), but great quality dot paper. Nice big pack, good price.

Nope
I don’t know what is “loose” about it. Tightly bound. No perforation. Can’t lay flat. Very fat. I’d say right. Very tight. At $13 a total fail.
