GAMILYS REPLACEMENT AC POWER ADAPTER FOR Nintendo 64

Works great for me. Does get warm with extended use but probably no warmer than what is to be expected and what the original did. It was a tight fit initially and when it locked into place I was sure I broke it but my Nintendo 64 is up and running and I'm enjoying my childhood games again.

Not sure why people have been having problems with this item.Mine worked perfect. If your N64 works then this cable will work.

Do not buy this product. It’s some Chinese knock off BS and I would love to get my money back. I don’t think I should have to send it back because it is actual garbage.Specifically it doesn’t latch into the back of the console, since it can’t do that, it will NEVER turn on. It worked for the first time I used it. Came back 2 months later and it wouldn’t fit.

System suddenly shuts off randomly during game play. Did not happen with other battery cord

Works as advertised.But, like others have stated it is difficult to get this thing in place. I had to put it in and pull it out several times (dirty minds need not read that last statement. Oops too late). But it did finally “click” into place. The other problem is it does spark when you plug it in. My solution was to plug it into a power strip and use that to turn everything off when not in use.It works and I do recommend it if your original is broken and you can’t afford an Nintendo branded one.

The plastic is cheap and didn't properly snap into the N64 like the factory model. The plastic cord area in the back wasn't secured but since it was already broken I was able to pull the cable out of the block and it does power up the console normally.

Great product overall and came very fast. I’m very satisfied with the product
