Rating for this seller; not the product. I love this product, and decided to buy it on Amazon because it costs less than on other sites. Wish I had paid the extra. The bottle looked new, but nothing will come out of the pump. Even asked my mechanical engineer husband to try. Nada. The bottle weighed exactly 2.50 ounces/71 grams.I returned it, and will order from a different place.

This stuff works! I wish I had been taking pictures! The bags, puffiness and even wrinkles have greatly diminished. It only takes a tiny dot, so it should last a long time ( for my budget this is a luxury, so when I won’t go without it; it has got to be good!) several acquaintances have told me; they don’t underrate day how I am getting younger. It is the Epionce.

I loved the product but I won’t be buying it again! Money is too hard to come by to waste $50+ on eye cream that I can only get a few uses from. Honestly, I believe I was sold a nearly Empty bottle, but you can’t prove that because the design of the bottle doesn’t permit you to see how full, or empty, it is. I seriously only pumped about a third, MAYBE a half a pump each use. I only pumped out a small pearl, or a teardrop on my index finger, touched both index fingers together and patted around the outside perimeter of my eyes. I didn’t even use it twice a day as recommended, but it didn’t even last me a week! I think it’s probably a great product, judging by the rest of the products from this brand, but how can one really tell with only a few uses. I won’t pay over $50 for a product that can’t deliver better performance than that!

love the product...have used it for years. the problem was when I received the bottle the pump did not work and when I opened the top it was very low on product. Unfortunately I was foolish and didn't pay attention to the packaging when I took the bottle out of box. it looks like is been used. I will only buy straight from Epionce or my plastic surgeon.

Super thick and moisturizing eye cream. I didn't realize the skin around my eyes was wanting until I used this! I use half a pump, as directed, around my eyes. I swear it has gently plumped the under eye area too. Drawback is the price!

I have been using this now for a few weeks and am so pleased with the product. I just found the Epionce line through my dermatologist and absolutely love it. I've certainly noticed results around my eyes, even the dark shadows seem to be lightening. Now am a confirmed user!

I received my product last Thursday and I used it for the first time on Saturday evening. I didn't even use a full pump when I used it. I have only used it once a day since Saturday and then last night when I went to use it nothing would come out. I even had my husband try and he could not get anything to come out when pressing the pump. When you unscrew it, you cannot see down into the tube to see if anything is in there. The product seemed very light when I first took it out of the package, so I am wondering how much was even in there to start with. I have used this before and purchased locally, and it lasted me for months then. So I am assuming that this had been used and was almost empty to begin with.

Very moisturizing eye cream! It only lasted 2 months! For that much money per bottle, I expected it to last longer. I followed the recommended amount. As it got toward the end of the bottle, even after letting up on the pump, more eye cream would squirt out. Not helpful.
