OK, this matches the hardware already in my bathroom, so I ordered one to see. It's too small for my towels, so I ordered some others that are bigger for that. I used this one to hold my hair dryer. It works great for that, but not much else.Pros:* Sturdy, & feels weighty in your hand. Mounted into studs, it's solid as a rock.* Looks nice, with the polished chrome, & I like the style.* Dual hooks, but only for small items.* Extended from the wall, so items aren't touching the wall. Love that!* Easy install, comes with all you need to install into sheet rock or studs.Cons:* It's too small for most uses. Too lazy to return, so I used this one to hold my hair dryer. It works great for that, but not much else.* It's a a bit fiddly getting that set screw in there. A wider thread would go a long way to making them easier to install. Why they used such a fine thread that requires so many turns is beyond me, but they all do it. Sigh.Overall: It's a great looking, pretty useless hook. Too small to hold most towels. Price is too high given the size of it. Works great for the hair dryer, & probably if you wanted to just hang a shirt or skirt on a hanger for a few minutes, it would be great, but I think anything hung over the top would end up with poke marks, & probably slip right off, because the ball sticks up higher than the tiny hooks. Poor design there.

Good quality robe hook. My only complaint is that the hooks in this model are pretty stubby. You need to be pretty careful in order for your towel to stay in the hook. I would purchase something else with a longer hook in the future.

As a Towel holder, the towel falls off easily.

I like the way it looks, I like that it is easy to mount, I like the idea of a hook for a towel to hang on, but the hook part of it is a little to small for a heavy towel. the towel falls off when the towel is dry. I still like it and I am just more careful when I hang the towel.

hook looks beautiful in my bathroom, it's very sturdy and matches the other accessories perfectly.

I wasn't able to find a matching set of bath accessories here, so I collected my own. Very nicely finished, good quality product that made a nice accent for my new bathroom.
