The nonstick surface worked extremely well until the water evaporated while cooking string beans. There was some string beans that were slightly charred. Since then the non-stick surface is useless. Everything sticks now . I can't make sunny side up eggs now. they stick immediately.I wonder what the guarantee is?

Great quality. Clean easily. Heats evenly. Nice handles. Sturdy without being heavy and retains the stick free surface. I purposely waited several weeks to review these pans b/c all new non-stick pans seem great but then they seem to lose their non-stick surface with high heat, washing and repeated use. So far these have been stellar!I love the three sizes. The smallest pan it perfect for a single serving of eggs, pre-carmelizing onions/garlic for recipes or reheating an individual serving.For reference I am using an electric stove top.

I was so surprised at the quality of these pans. Nice thickness good coating and substantial handles. They are cheaper than copper chef and will last way longer. These aren't going to warp like your other copper coated pans.I haven't had them long enough to contest to the durability of the coating but I can say that the quality is much higher than those t.v. varieties.

So far these pans have performed OK but I do notice that it is getting harder to clean each time I use., lids would have been a nice additionEDIT, the tools that came with them are a hazard They appear to be plastic and I have noticed spatula is shedding from the leading edge

Beautiful pans. It was time to replace my older no-stick frying pans that have lost their "no-stick" abilities. These are pretty and used one today and the food just about fell out of the pan when it was done. Hopefully, they will continue to be as great. If there's a problem, I'll update this review.

I could not be more happier with this purchase decision!!!! I didn't want to get any more tephlon coated pans and I sure don't like food getting stuck on them either you have to chisel out!! I won't have to worry about that with these!! Loved cookin in them from the first use!!! I'm so glad I chose these!

Terrific value, the only frying pans I ever use anymore, terrific sizes. I can clean the pans before my food gets cold on the plate. Encouraged a friend to buy these, and she loves them. I may buy a third set as a birthday gift for another friend.

Everything sticks ,hard to clean not worth the price
