Bit pricey, but our dogs loved them.
Tried out these fancy, Amazon high-rated organic-fabulous bison tendons for our two Italian Greyhounds, in the never-ending quest to find extended-chew treats that they enjoy, are safe and good for them, and do not drive the humans crazy in some way. Overall, these are pretty good. Our dogs are on the small side -- 10 and 20 pounds, but love to chew in the evenings, especially when the weather won't allow a long walk to burn off their post-dinner energies. Bully sticks are, sorry to say, just gross, both in their grisly origins and the horrific smell. And we worry about rawhide being safe when they swallow them -- we have one animal who swallows too quickly and has made himself quite ill with those. These seem like a good fit. Chunks are irregularly shaped, and about three inches long and maybe three-quarters of an inch in diameter. Like other "natural" treats, the dogs seem to like certain individual pieces more than others, but so far they have not turned any of these down. I think they're great for the dogs' teeth, as they last a long time and break down into stringy, floss-like chunks. Our Speed Swallower still managed to half-choke himself on one, but they are apparently safe to digest and no harm done. These are expensive, and the small package contains just a handful of treats. We feel good about giving them these, but I think we will regard them as something for special occasions as a sort of anti-boredom super weapon.

Doggy heaven
My fur babies loved these. A little easier to chew compared to bully sticks. I use them while traveling to keep doggies busy, less car sickness.

My Goldendoodle puppy loves them!
My Goldendoodle puppy is going through a big-time chewing stage. We have offered her rawhide chews but they are almost too hard for her baby teeth so she can't really get into them. On the other hand, she loves these bison chews. She can really knaw on them and get the flavor, so they keep her occupied for a fair amount of time. You still have to keep your eye on the dog as eventually she does consume them, and they get too small to be safe. So then you have to throw it away, or at least we do since she's just a puppy and we don't want her to choke. Another positive is that these chews smell delicious. When we open the bag, it smells like something we'd like to eat! I do have 3 wishes: I wish they were longer in length to begin with (generally, they probably average 5"), I wish some of them didn't split in half (but that may be because of what they're made of), and I wish they weren't so expensive (but I guess you get what you pay for!). I can't imagine that any dog wouldn't love them! They are a great, tasty chew (or at least that's what my puppy tells me :)

Longer lasting than most rawhides and other chews.
Great tendon chews. I have been looking for something for my shepherd/bull terrier mix pup to chew on that lasts more than two seconds with her and these did the trick. She really loves them. Once she softens them up, the other little dogs in our family take them and chew on them for a few hours. She then gets them back and finishes them up.Wonderful longer lasting chews for any type of dog. I would be careful with the length of these tendons however, my 36 pound pup (shepherd/bull terrier mix) can swallow most of these whole and then will bring it up later when it starts to upset her stomach. I truly recommend providing great supervision with this tendons although once she's into chewing swallowing doesn't come into the picture, it's only if one of our other little dogs attempts to take it from her.Great buy at an awesome price, will purchase again.
