Equine Double Buckle Headstall With Double Ring Snaffle Bit

Very nice headstall/bit combination! It's good quality and fits an average horse--not for a larger head. Bit has copper insets and rides like a loose ring, but it doesn't fully turn, so your reins and headstall don't get dirty. Bit is not too thin as many western snaffles are. Have used it on three horses, all have gone comfortably and been responsive. You will need to finish tying the bit ends, they are not tied for riding although the bit comes attached. Not sure why this is as it is unsafe to put straight on a horse when it arrives. I received a headstall with silver buckles and a knotted Latigo tie at the browband/crown connection. This did not matter to me, however be aware you may not receive a headstall with brass buckles per the photo and description. Overall a very good deal for price paid.
