Hi! I Ordered This Chair Not Too Long Ago, And Unfortunately It Got Damaged In Shipping And Never Got To Me. I Talked With Amazon, And All The Could Do Was Issue A Refund And Not A Replacement.Luckily, A Few Days Later, i Reordered And Got Free Next Day Shipping, And Guess What? I Get It!Assembly Takes Around 20 MInutes, And It's Super Easy For A Beginner. All Of The Parts Are Solid, And Good Quality. The Chair Leans Back Slightly, Which Was A Bit Weird TO me, As My Last Chair Laid Completely Down, Although This Chair Is A Little Different. There Is A Steel Shaft Connecting The Back of the Chair And The Base. Thus Said, It Would Probably Flew Under 180 Degree ReclinationThe Led's Look Good, And Are What you Would Expect From This Chair.I Recommend It!

Chair came in a reasonable amount of time. Assembly wasn't difficult, the only tool necessary is packed in the box. Chair seems sturdy, no signs of damage or wear a month in. The headrest and included lumbar support pillow are a bit stiff, but otherwise the chair is pretty comfortable. The lights are cool, but don't buy the chair just for the lights (you can't even see them sitting in the chair, they're on the back). I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Was very excited to get my first gamer chair on my birthday but the day ended sad as I tried to set the chair up and realized I was missing one of the key parts to the chair which was the base of the entire chair. I was very upset but Uomax has been nothing but helpful and very quick on the response back and making things right. Sending the part would’ve taken way too long for my liking but the representatives at Uomax who helped me was able to just send me a whole new chair at a faster rate. Talk about doing what it takes to make the customer happy after correcting a mistake. That’s something I can respect especially working in the sales industry myself. Haven’t gotten the new chair yet but I’m sure it will be soon and I’m very excited to finally set it up and use it. Thanks Uomax for your great and respectful customer service. I’ll update my review on the chair once I get it and set it up.Update: I was so excited to set my chair up that I forgot to update my review. Chair came in a week after the dispute for the missing part and it’s great. Easy set up and the coolest looking chair I’ve seen yet. Price is definitely good for this chair. Thanks again Uomax.

I was happy to find that the lights on the chair are powered by a battery pack you can just tuck into the back of the chair. I was afraid they might make me plug it into a USB or something and have a cable dragging around. However the problem is the light themselves. If you are expecting anything even remotely similar to the images, turn back now. These lights are incredibly dim, and even in the full dark I can barely see them. I would figure maybe they're broken, but as the batteries die they get even dimmer so no, I figure they just suck and the images are completely misleading. Beyond the lighting issues? It's a gaming chair, can't say I have any complaints really about the comfort or design except for one major issue... If you have headphones that have the cable hanging to either side of the chair, the back of the armrest where it is screwed into the backrest is practically DESIGNED to catch your headphone cable and make you have to reach over and pull it loose. I have had the chair for quite a while now, and it still hasn't stopped happening so it's not something you just "Get used to and learn to work around it", it just happens, that's that.

I had a problem: one side of the lights didn't work. UOMAX did not want to bother me to return the chair. Instead of sending me only the defective part, he sent me a new chair. The exchange of messages to solve the problem has always been very fast. They deserve 10 stars.

I love that the chair comes with awesome blue LED lights that perfectly fits well with my gaming setup, kinda wish it had a rechargeable battery instead of a usb to AA battery holder but it’s great that it’s USB so u can substitute a rechargeable battery pack instead and the chair is very comfortable and dosnt take long to put together, highly recommended for this price range

Went back and forth between 2 and 3 but I finally went three because of the price. i was looking for a cheaper mesh back option and while this is aestethically incredible, the bottom cushion is not viable for long term gaming or sitting. I am looking into an additional pillow but the arm rests are kind of low so im worried that it will make me too tall to even use themthe screw holes on the botton of the cusion were also off and i was unable to attach all of the screws properly without trying to create a new hole. currently sitting at 3/4 screws in the bottom.2 day update:I gamed for 6 hours last night in this chair, ended up having to put a pillow down as a cushion and still ended up with a sore tailbone because of so little padding. I reached out to return the item or see if they would offer me a orthopedic pad. Maybe i just got the wrong seat. will update when they are back to methe lights work well and look incredible. this is a FANTASTIC chair for short term but after two hours you will be left with a sore butt

I got this chair for my boyfriend for his back because he is a pretty big gamer... The chair is comfortable and the light are even better. The color is only RED - it is a battery pack - does not come with batteries. On a 2nd note the recliner part is super nice - you can go back super far to fall asleep in.
