good around the home flashlight.
bought in 5-2'16, sent back in 7-2'16, hg mode started flickering, i'll let you know the update.8-2'16 the update is a replacement is been sent, buy it here seller (john arms) will make sure you get one that works properly. update in nov 11-2'16 it start flickering in hg mode. I used a pencil eraser on all battery contacts , i'll let you know the update. update is the flicker is gone and stayed gone. 4-27-2'17 I drop the flashlight and hg mode flicker out, contact olight webpage tech support, I let you know the update. 4/29/17 i'm contacted to send it in, sent in on 4/30, got it back on 5/3, works properly.

Light flickers and throw is pretty disappointing. Less powerful than advertised
Light flickers and throw is pretty disappointing. Less powerful than advertised, out done by 800 lumen Surfire and FourSevens. Perfect for EDC if you want large-ish light. Super-bright for indoor use, outdoors is disappointing.

An amazing light especially for it's size
An amazing light especially for it's size. It was all I expected and more. All the Olight Lights that I own are excellent.

Great BRIGHT light, small charger, good every day carry
My new EDC light, Very bright and handy smaller charger for the battery so no hauling a charger on trips. use micro USB cable to charge (same as most items now). Strobe is only triple click away if you need it. 720 hours on lowest setting for nightlight/minimum needs. Olight make a good unit. ImpossibleTom
