BD Ultra-Fine Nano Pen Needles 4mm x 32G (5/32” x 0.23mm) Box of 90

HORRIBLE - NEEDLE BENDS inside you when injectingFor one that doesn't like giving myself shots, this 4MM needle is small, but the amount of pressure from the pen (I've tried different injection sites and it really doesn't matter) must make the needle bend inside you. It's very painful! I'm afraid the needle will break off inside me one of these days... no matter what I do, it bends. I prime my PEN each time and I know how to give myself insulin shots... it bends on Tresiba Flex Touch Pens as well as BASAGLAR -- seems to be worse on BASAGLAR pens :( I've reported it to Tresiba (they sent me a new box of pens... whoopie :| ) and I've also told the issue to BD, but they didn't seem to care... "Talk to your DR" ... yea, ok. Don't buy this faulty product.

When we received this package the box on the inside was squashed and damaged with most of the needles loose in the packaging envelope.

Sent the wrong type of needle. Not the one in the picture or in description. Written in Russian and Chinese. The box was discolored and ripped openObviously it was very old.

I’m so pleased that I was able to find a reasonably priced box of Nano pen needles. My pharmacy charges double and sometimes with all the financial obligations, it’s hard to pay. They came as expected and I hope to find these again on Amazon.

Actual product itself is good and if I had received exactly what I ordered I would be happy, however, I will never order needles from ADW Diabetes again because the box I received contained a mix of needle sizes (ranging from 4mm to 12mm). The longer needles were very painful which is exactly why I specifically ordered the shortest ones, 4mm. Also, there was not 100 needles as sold in a normal box & stated on the box. Very unhappy about the contents.

Very disappointed when package arrived. Opened package and box of needles were crushed to the point needles coming out. Think other customers have posted pictures. Writing on box is all Chinese, no English.I'm returning this and spending a little more on my usual brand. I feel safer.

We use these all the time. Are easy to use. However...the packaging was crushed when we received it.

These are not what I ordered. If I had wanted a box printed in seven different languages I could have ordered some at less than half the price I paid for these. The packaging of the needles I ordered was printed in English. I paid $25 (including shipping) for these and now the price has dropped to $12.99 + shipping! WHY?Advert says: "refund or replacement available" which I believed, but if you place your cursor on it you are then told it is not returnable. The package states: "Not for retail sale". Retail means: "you obtain products from a distributor and sell products directly to consumers" which is what we are doing here! I have only used a couple of needles on my wife and they work just fine.I have no idea what the fourth paragraph of the description for these needles means. It is all totally and unbelievably gibberish. I just wish you received what the picture depicts in the advert.
