Kevlar Lined Protective Classic Motorcycle Jeans with CE 1621-1 Removable Armour

Purchased these as a birthday present end of December. Opened present recently to find what appear to be a good heavyweight trouser with two pieces of foam rubber purporting to be hip armour but no knee pads.Perhaps you would like to forward those or not if the quality of the hip armour is anything to go by. Once I have worn said jeans I may well be able to give you a better update.

This is my second pair I bought just different colour but second pair a little bit on the tight size as bought same size one fits tidy and other little snug so just watch the sizes you buy

After seeing the prices for similar items at my local bike shop, I was initially a bit concerned that these would not be up to much in regards fit and feel. They were very well priced and cost about one third of ones I had been looking at. At the price quoted I decided it was worth a try, and what a very good idea it turned out to be. The fit and feel of these is spot on and there is no problem through odd sizing which you get a lot of buying items like this. I ordered my size and they fit perfect and feel so comfortable with or without the armour / padding. They are so comfy I would happily just wear them as normal jeans. However, the proof of the pudding can only be tested if I actually fall off my machine, which I do not intend to do. So initially I am very pleased with the purchase and will look at this company for other items.

The fit is a bit tight around the thigh but the length is about right. I ordered a size up on the waist having had a pair of these before and knowing they come up small. Glad I did as it would not fit otherwise. Have worn these for around 150 miles on the bike with the pads in and they’ve been warm and comfortable throughout.

It's my first pair of bike jeans so I have no other comparator, but here are my first impressions. Firstly I read a lot of reviews that suggested buying one size larger. So I did and bought the 36R and they were one size too big! I then bought the 34R and they are perfect with the knee and hip armour in. So in my experience, don't bother. Get your normal size.Obviously, I can't comment on their effectiveness but they seem robustly made; well stitched, thick material and fully lined with removable armour but the best bit is that they look normal. I noted some other brands had strange stitching and elastic panels. These don't, and apart from the slightly strange fading, they look great. I'm very happy with my choice.

the jeans themselves seem well made although the armour definitely leaves something to be desired; no big deal at this price it can always be replaced. the trouble with them is that i cannot get the jeans past my calves and they do not stretch to allow for them, let alone be able to get a pair of boots underneath. nothing wrong with the jeans but they are definitely more suited to a skinny man.

Good product for the money, waist fits as normal but the legs are tight. First pair of jeans I have had that the calfs are snug
