The Kennedys: Photographs by Mark Shaw

Disappointed: Only a few new good photos. All the best photos already published!

Since I already own 674 books about the Kennedy family, it's almost impossible to find photographs that I've never viewed previously. Well, I found some here! Even though Mark Shaw's photos have been published many times over the years, this book has many that have never "seen the light of day" until now. There is very little text, which makes this book an "easy read". In a nutshell, I love this book and highly recommend it to any Kennedy collector.

Sent this to my mom for her 80th birthday. She LOVED it. A long-time Kennedy fan, she very much enjoyed seeing new photos. My sister-in-law then bought it for a friend for Xmas. It makes a lovely gift.

If you have any knowledge of Shaw's work with the Kennedy family you will love this book! It is the definitive edition of his "Kennedy work" and it truly is a beautiful publication!

A wonderful gift for a family member. It was a hit!!!!

This book is lovely, large and chunky. Loved the little anecdotes that were written by the photographs and the information about the photographer. Really puts you in the time and moment...a real treat to own and flick through!

Eine beindruckende Sammlung überwiegend wunderschöner Bilder aller Lebensbereiche dieser Familie. Etwas schade, dass gerade eine der weniger gelungenen Aufnahmen (weil sehr statisch) das Cover ziert.Aber darüber hinaus bringt es diese Ära in gestochener Schärfe zurück und ist eine Zierde in jedem Bücherregal. Für Kennedy-Fans ein absolutes Muss!

Le meilleur livre de photos sur le sujet ,des photos regroupées par Lieux ( sénat , hyannis port etc..) de très belles qualités et souvent inédites

マークショウ（1921～69）。広くファッションの分野で活躍。ケネディ家、エリザベステイラ、オードリィヘプバーン等多数の有名人を撮影した事で知られる写真家です。本の大きさは縦29.7センチ、横25.5センチの287頁です。重いです。写真はカヴァーと小さいのも含めて415枚ですがカラーは41枚と少ない！カヴァーのケネディ夫妻が良いです。素晴らしい写真集。商品が届くまで本の内容がわからないですが、此の本はよかったです。ありがとうございます。
