Poor quality and broke on first use
The rope snapped on first use that connects the winding mechanism. After opening it up the washers etc were all corroded and cheap and rope completely snapped! Very poor quality and broken after 1st use! Very disappointed.

Covering up isn’t that easy !
It is essential that some form of weighting is supplied to hold the parasol sturdily.I have to say that this type of parasol is not the easiest to use and stopping the sun from shining on the seating takes quite a bit of trial and error. This is similar for every type of this parasol and does not just apply to this particular make. Apart from my comments above, this parasol was well made and easyish to use. The size is quite large and shouldn’t be underestimated.
