Nice watch
The app is called HerobandIII for the watch. Added some pictures of some of the app pages ( I did not show all the other pages with my personal info) I'm impressed as to how customizable it is. You can change where the time, date and what you want it to show on the home screen of the phone. You can also change the color of the the time and date.YES you can make it brighter in the settings.Go in to the SET face and hold, then go down to brightness. When I got it it was not at the brightest setting.Best part by far is that I can use it to find where my phone it even if its on silent. Since the watch can turn on and off my spotify for music I just hit play and next song and it starts playing music. The shutter feature is really cool for example if you want to take a big family picture or what not you can just place your phone down and open the camera on your phone and just take pictures with your phone as the "remote control" for your phone basically.I figured out how to check the battery life! Its on the main screen if you hold down the battery life appears..The band part is also a bit weird. I found it easier to take off the band and switch it so Its easier to do with my right hand. I will say sometimes I do pinch myself with the metal part, but I Don't take it off unless I need to charge it.The charger looks weird but it is very easy to use and its fine. It's a clip that you open up and put the align the prongs on the back of the watch and let charge. It's a usb plug, I charge it on my computer. The charger cord it 11 1/2 inches long.Last thing I don't know if it says it on the description is, that if you open the weather on your phone (not the app) it displays the weather on the watch too. I thought that was cool.oh yeah On the profile picture it asks gender, height, weight, birth year and one thing I cannot figure out called Steps. You can choose Steps in inches or cm. If anyone figures what that is about pls let me know lol.

Great Watch. Would recommend.
I really love my watch. I love that you can customize it with your own picture (as you can see). The battery lasts a long time and it charges fast. I have found that the heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen level are pretty accurate. The band does take a while to get use to. It’s kind of tricky. If you google “how to put an Apple Watch band on your wrist” it will show you how to do it in some videos. The only problems I have with it is that it doesn’t syncs with my Apple Health to count my steps and that the weather screen shows up randomly and then it’s gone. You can download 2 apps that work with this: hero band iii and dafit. I have used both and prefer dafit. It has better graphics.Another thing that too me awhile to figure out was the brightness. You’ll tap your watch to get to this.Go to Settings ->Brightness ->Tap until you get your desired brightness and then long press to apply it.

Vital signs, Stepper, Notifications
I love this watch. I thought twice when reading a few reviews, but wow is someone not telling the truth! This watch does everything the Description says it does. The app does everything that the description says it does. You can connect everything it says you can. Most likely the person who said that it doesn't work does not know how to connect the app to the watch.Read the instructions! Do not just connect via bluetooth. The only thing I don't care for is how the band closes. But everything else is great.

I actually love this fitness watch alot. I compared it to another fitness watch I have and it very accurate. I love that I can set the background to any picture of my own in my phone. The app is very easy to use and understand. Fits my wrist perfectly. Im really impressed how long a full charge lasts. Bright nice display

Love its features but learned its vital sign measurements are inaccurate
Love its features but learned its vital sign measurements are inaccurate. I tracked my blood pressure, oxygen saturation (why I bought the watch), my heart rate regularly. I also got really into tracking my steps and motivated to walk more, as well as monitoring m sleep. However I wondered how it could really take blood pressure without squeezing, but since my results were always normal, I did not think about it until my husband with very high blood pressure used it and said according to this I am low normal and if so I need to stop taking some of m meds. So we used his wrist blood pressure cuff and the watch, one on each arm, and compared he results several times, and repeated this on me. What we learned is the results are on average 50 points off, which is the difference of calling the dr and not. It told him he was 120/70 when he was 175/84. So the pulse was off by about 10-15 points and the O2 is always between 96%-98% even if you measure nothing. That was disappointing. I bought this because the pulse oxyemeters were sold out and if we have to monitor covid symptoms at home, knowing when it times to call an ambulance is seeing when that number is under 94. So its a good step counter an can take trigger your phone to take pictures when you move your hand a certain way (wish I could figure out how to turn tha off), but as far as vital sign measurements, its seems to just throw random numbers out that are normal/average as less likely to investigated further.
