Really impressed by how well this worked on our Great Pyreneese. This breed barks a lot. We like to relax at our pool at night, and let the dog run around in the fenced area, but she was barking constantly at things & we did 't want the neighbors upset. This collar worked like a charm. While wearing it, she never barks more than once or twice - the noise interrupts her barking and she stops. Then she is pretty much quiet the rest of the night. She still barks some in the house when not wearing the collar, but that is fine, we just needed a solution for nights at the pool... Highly recommended.

Absolutely NO!!!I have used many collars over the years. I have multiple dogs and was tired of replacing expensive collars, I was hoping for a cheaper option. Well you get what you pay for and unfortunately I learned the hard way, and one of my girls had to suffer the consequences. These are horrible and malfunction. My dogs are the one's suffering. They go off even when they are not barking. I've turned them down and even the shock off, and still have issues. I haven't even had these collars a whole year yet...I take them off every day to charge, and put them back on during the day, if I'm out and about, so that my neighbors don't have to listen to barking while I'm gone. (I work from home)A few days ago one of the collars just malfunctioned horribly. It took an hour just to catch my dog to rip the collar off of her. It wouldn't stop going off over and over and over no breaks. It was on a low setting, mind you, and obviously was torturing her. She has super thick fur (Corgi) and I used the smallest prongs that come with the collars, always have. I was NOT prepared for what I saw next when I finally caught her and got the collar off.IT BURNED A HOLE IN HER NECK!she's now on antibiotics and gets her wound flushed throughout the day! I figured it was time to write a review. To warn those looking into these collars.I tried repeatedly to email the company but my emails were returned undeliverable.Absolutely NO!!!

I've definitely used better but I think I'm past the return date. They're bulky and dig into the neck more than they need to. They just don't work when they should, and go off when they shouldn't so I had to keep resetting or just take them off. I dont want them going off at the wrong times giving my dogs discipline at the wrong times. Not gonna leave these on my dogs when I'm not home (which is why I bought them) so they're kinda useless. I also see they're cheaper now than when I purchased them which is kind of annoying lol.

I bought this product, and had great success with it for about a month. For some reason, the collars were no longer effective. When I notified the retailer, they were very quick to answer my questions and help me in fixing my equipment! Great customer service and product!

First the instructions were so small to be able to read them I had to take photo and zone in on them. Plus they were very unclear. I followed inst and one collar buzzed just from the boy shaking His head or one of the other dog touching the collar. Poor thing he couldn’t play with his sisters without it buzzing.....no matter what settings I put it on. The other collar never buszzes. I checked and reset the strings several times. I guess you get what you pay for. They are being returned! These are the only Shock collars I could find that would fit our 7lb to 10lb toy dogs who are barkers....they bark at everything & everyone. Even though they didn’t have good reviews I purchased them anyway. Do not buy!!!!

Back story: I have a 1 year old Border Collie, a 5 years Lab. The two have become increasingly "barky" with just being happy & excited which has made the 100 lb. "baby" very nervous. He has learned to become more "barky". The only thing is his barks are deafening! Remote e-collars did not work well for this growing problem & the idea is to correct the behavior, not punish. By the time I could correct the right dog with the remote the moment was lost. What I love about these collars is that they respond quickly & decrease the chaos & the excited state of the dogs which in turn has allowed us to be able to enjoy them so much more. They are able to get positive reinforcement for being quiet now! The "baby" is not as nervous & scared of everything as he was. We didn't need or use a collar for him. We just needed to retrain his older "brothers".We have to keep an eye on the sensitivity level because when one dog barks, if it's loud enough, it can set off the other collar. Also if the dog shakes his head really hard it can set it off. It's just a matter of fine tuning everything. After the first couple of barks, they quickly understood what was acceptable & what was not. They respond to just the beep now. I have been very pleasantly impressed with the success of these collars for us.The dogs are learning when it's ok to bark too. When they go outside, they typically "yap" or whine to let us know they are ready to come in. They can still do this (by either taking the collar off or turning down the sensitivity), but amazingly they are reluctant to start a barking match with the next door neighbor's dog now. Turning the sensitivity up or down is very quick & easy too. No need to remove the collar.To anyone who questions whether or not this is humane treatment: it is far worse to allow dogs to escalate into nervous, excited, fearful & anxious behavior. That only sets humans & dogs alike in bad relationship dynamics. It is healthier, gentler & more kind to give them boundries. We & they are much more at peace now!I hope this helps!

Horrible it’s confusing to use not intuitive at all. Also it doesn’t vibrate or shock the dog when they are barking but will randomly shock my dog when he shakes his head. Unfair to the dog and owner! I have tried all varying sensitivity levels, and it still doesn’t work properly! Waste of money! Only good thing I can say about it is the battery life last pretty long and has a quick charge. Other than that it’s useless does nothing. Had to return the it!
