First thing to note if you’re interested in this design, is how big it is. I wasn’t paying attention to its size when I ordered and received a surprise hahaI have attached a picture of the completed Angel of the Moon project. It took me about 8 months, stitching an average of 1000 stitches per day. I used 4 threads instead of only 3 as directed, and there was plenty of thread leftover. I did have to buy 1 skein of dmc 820 but that was only because my cat had made off with and wrecked some of that thread color. Also if you see in the pic, I had started in the wrong place by accident and decided to continue the design that way.. so mine is 404x504 stitches; still, no issues with the amount of included thread.It does not say in the description but it IS 100% full coverage - meaning you’ll be stitching over 200k stitches to create the finished design for Angel of the Moon.There are 78 colors in this design. I would recommend re-sorting the floss onto solid rings or some sort of plastic holder. It takes quite a long time to stitch so the cardstock the threads initially come on do get worn out and tear and management becomes horrendous. (Yikes!)Some of the pattern indicators on the pre printed fabric are really close so in some areas you’ll need to take extra care to ensure you’re using the right color. There is an easy to read pattern book included (with symbols) and I referred to it often in the heavy confetti areas (ears, moon, butterflies).The thread itself is ok. It’s definitely not dmc quality, and some of it had “slubs” in it that I had to either cut out or maneuver so those parts were on the back of the work. But overall I found it ok and most importantly didn’t have too many issues with it snagging or tangling.I also used the loop start method for this project, so used the pre-cut lengths of floss as they were (about 36 inches). Some stitchers may choose to cut those lengths down.The needle that comes with it isn’t sufficient- it’s a decent quality but the eye is far too small to easily thread. Because I was using 4 threads, I used a size 18 needle which made threading super easy. The fabric is 11 ct and the size 18 needle was not too big for the holes.The biggest thing about this to be aware of is if having and using the pre printed fabric is a deal breaker for you, you’ll need to take absolute care not to get it wet at all whatsoever before you finish. The ink comes off very easily. I have a household of children so naturally there were a few accidents with mine, resulting in around 700 stitches total that I didn’t have ink stamped on the fabric. The good news is, you can refer to the pattern book of such an accident happens to you but obviously you want to avoid that if possible as it does make the progress go slower.I have not washed or ironed mine yet, so that’s why you can still see numbers, chart etc on it. I’m not anticipating any difficulty with the ink coming out as I’ve done other projects from this company before and had no problems. (Also the ease with how it comes off by accident is shocking lol).Overall I really enjoyed this project. I stitched it for my girls and they absolutely love it and can’t wait to have it up on their wall.Highly recommend this brand, if not this design specifically.

Very tedious work as per usual but so cute!

I love this cross-stitch. It is smaller than I normally do and very easy to stitch as well. Printed nicely on the canvas and super easy to get the needle & thread in the right places! I will frame it for my granddaughter!

So my issue with this preprinted unicorn cross stitch is not the print but it is definitely not from original brand you can clearly tell it's been copied the floss is not the greatest quality the print is quite blurry in spots I would suggest making sure it's authentic although not sure how to....both other kits I purchased from same seller had floss colors missing

I like the way this will look when I’m finished. I plan to frame it and display it in my great room. Hopefully I can pass it on to my family.I love working in this especially on cloudy dreary days! This is just what I wanted.

The directions are well written. The fabric is very stiff and the thread not the best quality. But for the value for the money is perfect. Yes, I would recommend giving it a try.

This is a lovely cross stitch product. Only one issue came up, which was, the 3 strand information was not given until the end of the directions. I had already finished the product with 2 strand when I saw the reference. 3 strand would, of course, have given this a more dense and attractive finish. I am framing it.

This one is really nice but may not be for beginners. Quite a bit of color changing but that is what makes it a beautiful picture. Love it and looking forward to displaying.

J'aime bien ce produit, mais les inconvénients que j'ai trouvé c'est qu'il me manque plusieurs files pour terminer mon ouvrage et j'ai aussi remarqué qu'il n'y avait rien de coché dans la case du nombre de brins que je devrais utiliser.Mise à part ces deux détails négatifs (c'est pour ça que j'ai enlevé 2 étoiles), j'ai aimé ce produit en général.
