The product feels like a classy ice bin that you would expect to see at a 5-star hotel. In fact, it is much nicer than those I have seen at the Fairmont Inn for example.Keep in mind, shiny surface makes it seemingly difficult to keep from smudges. But, for some reason I have not had difficulty ensuring mine remains shiny with little effort. Not sure what they did to the surface to allow it to resist smudges at a high level.Now, for the cost, this is absolutely worth it. If you want to gift it, or have something fun near you bar area, its great at $25 out Amazon's door and into your house (i.e. no more than $25 including shipping). However, there is one little critique i'll make in case the manufacturer's read this post --> The tongs, however lovely, do not store nicely. The idea is the tongs would open naturally and be held in place by this piece of metal fitted to capture the natural expansion and hold the tongs in place. However, it rarely works as intended and I have far too often spent time picking the tongs off the floor (and having to clean them).Long and short is this is a lovely item to spice up your home bar. It is functional and easy to keep clean, and, at the cost, it is a no brainer if you have a use case.

It holds ice pretty well. I filled it up with ice and checked it out 8 hours later and there was more ice than water. I don’t understand how they claim it to be double walled because my bucket has condensation at the bottom while using it. There were nicks and blemished near the rim of the bucket, too. I was expecting something real high quality but I probably could’ve saved $15 and got something cheaper that was just as good. I do feel this bucket will do the trick. I’m marking down because of the condensation, imperfections, and cheap feeling handle.

I think it’s just the right size if you’re having party for a small group of people. It also looks pretty. I’ve only used it once so far and happy that ice does not melt easily. Very happy with the purchase!

Insulated and amazing for parties. The ice I used for a dinner was still in the bucket in the next morning. Can't really go wrong with this one, especially considering the price. It is not huge, but it worked for me.

This is a very high quality ice bucket. It looks very nice and it works very well. It looks good on your counter or bar. I also keep it in my fridge and the ice stays frozen for days. It is very well made and insulated and has a very pretty finish. It has a seal on the lid that seals it up tight so the ice stays frozen longer. I highly recommend this ice bucket. It is the nicest one I have seen. And I did a lot of research before purchasing. I will reorder it because I need another one. It would also make a very nice gift.

This ice bucket arrived with a knick in the top of the lid. I wrote to the company and they said they had pride in their product and they would replace it. When i asked if they wanted me to send the lid back, they replied that was not necessary. They just wanted my home address. To my pleasant surprise a box arrived today with a brand new ice bucket not just the lid. This is certainly a proud company that makes an outstanding product and backs it up. Do no find that in many cases today. Do not hesitate to do business with this outstanding company.

Its very sturdy, keep ice frozen for almos 6 hours. I think my ice bucket being used.But, I decided to keep it. I got a ice scoop at Bath and bath beyond.Problem solveI totally recommend this product

This is a very nice, well made ice bucket. It has a stunning polished finish to its double wall design. There is a seal on the lid that holds well. The ice tongs are kept in an easy to acquire position on the side of the bucket. It a great addition to any bar or serving table where extra ice is a concern.I am presently using mine with my new bar. But I know I will be using it at any function extra ice is needed for ice tea, lemonade, soda, etc. is needed.

For years and years I've been looking for the best ice bucket. It is worth the wait. Got the Stock Harbour ice bucket. One thing I like the most of this bucket, is that the ice last too long. Perfect for party. I normally prepare it ahead of time. When the guests arrive, I pull-out the sealant and keep it in the safe place. It's easier for the guest to open the lid without the sealant. Even without the sealant, the bucket itself keep the ice longer. Worth the buy and highly recommend it.

This is the best ice bucket. My parents use it daily. They put ice in it and put it in the fridge and the ice lasts over 24 hours. They are over 80 and have a hard time bending down to get the ice from the bottom drawer.

Love this item, its premium price so you expect it to be perfect - One of the handle screw connections was cross-threaded. Contacted Amazon International - to much hassle to return to Amazon US - I don't have a UPS Collection point in my area so I have to pay postage and claim back when they receive the item including all the customs declaration forms. Fortunatly I was able to remove and repair without damaging but this could have snapped off.Customer service does not have the 'Contact Seller' option on Amazon Global sales.Think I'll stick to ordering goods from UK Suppliers!!
