i would recommend these for low impact activities like swimming or snorkeling. the sole is pretty thin and i could feel rocks under my feet on my hike to the river bed. for white water river wafting, they worked, but my front foot that was in the foot holder wore a hole at the big toe after a 2 hour ride. again — good enough, but go for something a little more significant and durable for more strenuous activity.

These shoes are very good quality! I have wide width feet and they fit as expected, it is easy to swim with them and to walk on sandy beaches.

These are meant to fit snug but if you have a larger foot (I’m a women’s 11) I would recommend ordering up a half size as the opening to the shoe can be a little narrow.

Comfortable size 14 .perfect fit the shoes allowed a wrap arch lift . Big flat feet with a head size of a pumpkin 5 foot 8 and 67 .numerous traumatic incidents I have pain . Freezing burning feet in crummy shoes these are Comfortable after a week ,slept test passed.

Lets me walk across the gravel from house to the pond where we swim. No worries with hot feet on the deck. They’re comfortable and drain well.I am happy with my purchase

They work just like I thought they would. We play volleyball and other activities in our gunite pool. These provide the protection I was looking for.
