I love the chair so I bought the third one, although the second one has a little problem when I installed it. Unfortunately, the problem with the third is more serious. For the sitting surface, I totally couldn't align the hold and locked the screw then cause the sitting face tilts down. It makes us at least half to one hour to install so I felt very nervous when I realized I should return it. I connected the seller and told them it is hard to return due to the big and heavy size but I think the one is badly. However, they tried their best to help me adjusted the chair by emails and returned my money for 20% back. I have a little disappointed. Not for the money but quality. I do love these chairs. I can sit the third one with some defects now but will definitely consider carefully if I need more in the future.

I do alot of computer art work and sometimes work up to 17 hours a day. So a good chair is very important to me. I have been using this chair for close to a month now and I really like it. I can't give it a 5 star since I'm used to expensive chairs. However, for the money, I would give it a 4.5 star rating!Update- I've had this chair for 7 months now, It is about dead. I had to order a seat cushion and elbow cushions since the chair cushions are toast. The throne rocks back and forth on the pedestal now. It is going to break soon. I hoped that it would have lasted at least 3 years.

Great chair for work or play computer, with the headrest it looks like a high-end executive chair. Easy to assemble ~20 minutes. Seller has prompt response.

These chair met my expectations. Easy to assemble . Great back and neck support. Will buy more chairs in the future . The only problem is one wheel caster went bad but it was easy to replace with a spear I got.

My 14 year old nephew says he loves this chair! He’s a tall young man and says it very comfortable.

Great office chair for the price! Had issue with assembling, but customer support was swift and courteous. The chair is very comfortable and helps with back support. I like how clean and professional it looks. Will definitely purchase again in the future!

Nice comfortable chair. We bought 2. Assembly was ok. Some of the screws were difficult to align and screw in but with some force it eventually went in.
