My son brought it for my birthday, I am very happy with it, received earlier, a bit bigger than i thought will be but very comfortable.

it is not as sturdy as I thought it would be and makes very loud knocking noises when changing sitting positions

A great chair, until it becomes "used"
At first, I thought this chair was great!Loads of support, comfortable, and you don't feel uncomfortable after a few hours (I'm literally in the chair for hours on end).However, six months in, I noticed that the support started to wane. Even when it's "locked", I can lean back far too much, let alone the actual lock itself snaps open randomly; it gives quite a shock!Further still, the brackets (at least for mine) were not strong. The one on the armchair has snapped, and thus offers no support whats-so-ever.Fat chance of getting any support from "Office Outlet" because they went into Administration in March.
