good filter but you have to be careful not to break the tip off.

Works as good as the original for much less. 3pk with o-ring is great deal! Even if you don't need the ring yet, I didn't, it is recommended to have one for when you need it.

This filter looked and felt different from the 3M AquaPure filters we used previously. It was much less dense, more porous, lighter, and had some fuzz on it that I picked of before installing it. Since installing it, our water tastes awful, very chemically. We compared the taste of the water after I installed this filter against the water in the bathroom, and the bathroom water tastes normal. We will not drink water coming through this filter, and I am going to try to return them.
