Incomplete order
I have no idea if this product works at time of writing this as I just wanted to report that part of the order, 1 packet, is missing and I can't get a solution.

I’d got a leaking radiator, losing water from top bottle but couldn’t see where leak coming from . Bought a pouch and it started to slow it down . So reading other reviews I bought another pouch and after 3 days it’s completely stopped 😃
