Best yoga ball I've EVER ordered!
I work remotely and have tried using many different yoga balls to help my back and just overall poor posture. I've tried yoga balls that sit on top of wheels and support your lower back, I've tried different sized yoga balls as well as many different, (more expensive) brands and I've never had the support this one offers when it rests in the resistance bands anchor. Not only do I have an insanely comfortable ball to sit on, but I also have a variety of resistance bands too! I still can't believe the price with everything included! If I could recommend any of my Amazon purchases over the last decade, this product would be #1, without a doubt!

Great buy
Awesome price. Great Ball. Thick material. Everything is provided. Took a little bit to pump up, but worth it. All the extras, the ball holder, the extra bans and the picture diagram to show you all the exercises you can do really help. I'm short, 5 foot 6 inches. Had to tie some knots in the bands to make them a lil tighter. I love that I can do exercises while I'm sitting at work. I had back surgery 10 years ago, and this really helps my do sit ups.

Great quality stability ball
This is a great ball for the price! The only thing I would say is there was no directions in mine, so it took a minute to figure out how to blow it up, and I'm not quite sure how to attach the exercise bands to it, but I'm sure I'll figure that out too.

Great Purchase!
One star lacking due to needing a real ball pump to inflate, then it was easy, otherwise the little plastic hose kept blowing off. Everything else is quality and I am pleased with my purchase!

LOVE this!
I bought this to use for my at home physical therapy, it was a little bigger than I initially planned to get, but I liked that it came with all the bands! This ended up being perfect for what I needed, and it doubles as a desk chair! I love it, Highly recommend! I would suggest using something else to air it up, the pump took forever to do.. but it did work! All in all, great product, exactly what I wanted!
