Only had a month or so, but it has already endured a 30hr windstorm 50+, freezing rain, ice, and snow. I lost a tree but not this cover. It fits perfect snugs down well with the belly strap.

Seems very heavy duty and covers the most important parts of my log splitter like the engine and hydraulic valves but not the whole splitter as i do not have a building to store my splitter in and live in wisconsin brutal long winters i wanted a heavy duty cover. We will see how to holds up to our winter.

I was so excited about this purchase....being proactive in safeguarding my investment. big storms coming....I think this company is decent... but they sure dropped the ball on this one.. Supposed to be a "storm" cover..hell.."storm" is in the name..nice material... but WHY...WHY.. WHY.. does it have only one strap???.. and some silly bvd style elastic....and worst of all... NO grommets or other means of tying it down..the instant the wind comes up..it just billows out and turns into a parachute..utterly useless..Ok so I'm handy guy... and I will put grommets and bungie cords on it MYSELF..but hey..manufacturer..does it really cut into your precious profit margin to spend an extra $1 to do this?? Man, I'm getting sick of this crap. This could be a great cover..and it's ok IF..and only if ...it's like in your barn... out of the weather...and you want to keep sawdust and owl droppings off the machine. FYI... does... kinda sorta... fit a County line 25 . Seems to me the higher capacity units of that brand are the same dimensions..bigger motor ..but be sure to check first..better yet..just skip it... for the money I paid..could have gone to my local canvas guy and had a proper cover made custom .. I'd return it in a heartbeat but I really need it..

I bought this cover in 2019, it has sit outside in the sun and weather year round since I got it. I started noticing last year that the fabric had become washed out and brittle, two years in. This winter when recovering the splitter after use, the control lever on the machine (which is not sharp and covered in rubber) tore a huge hole in the cover with minimal force involved. I'm not sure how long people are getting out of the thinner $35 covers on Amazon but I sort of expected more than 2-3 years for a $80 cover.

I recently bought a wood splitter and wanted to protect my investment. This one is perfect. It is very thick and durable. It is well made, has a strap that goes underneath so it wont blow off. The bottom edge has stretchy edges that hold it close. It fits my 32 ton splitter, it does not ho over the hitch or tires fully, but I don’t need that covered. I never put it on when the splitter is hot, but I believe this is so thick and durable it would not matter, where a thin one would melt. I have already gone through rain and wind, no problems. I am sure it will protect my splitter through the snow and ice of winter. Exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend!!

I bought it because someone mentioned that this cover happens to fit a large motorcycle sidecar nicely. It fits my sidecar like it was made for it. It is a little bulky to pack; I mean to take it on long road trips to cover the sidecar in case of heavy rain while it's parked. It also fits my little Tag Along trailer (like you can get from Harbor Freight or Northern Tool) which sits outside. The cover is made of heavy material and appears to be well made and should last if it must be used to cover a log splitter in the weather for long terms.

This is about the best quality cover of any cover I’ve ever bought! It’s strong and durable and feels like it’ll hold up for a very long time. The elastic is durable and outside ‘fabric’ thick! Great buy!

Update - it didn’t last 5 months before it ripped in multiple spots. The fabric fell apart where it rested on the splitter it didn’t get caught, cut or pulled. It was stored in a shop & out of sunlight/weather.It just barely fits our 40 ton splitter. I wish it was longer but it *does* cover it so I'm happy! Seems to be well made, only has one strap which is odd, fingers crossed it holds up!

Purchased this cover based on reviews, wasn't 100% sure if it would fit my splitter.But I can tell you that it easily fits a 2020Swisher 28Ton log splitter.I'm honestly shocked at the quality of this cover... let's face it, we've all came across some pretty low quality products on here.This seems to be pretty heavy duty and nicely made, it definitely looks like it was manufactured by a company that cares about its product.I'm really interested to see how well this performs in the elements. I service and store my splitter during the winter months so it will never see snow, but the rain, heat, and debris will give it a good test alone.I'll be sure to update this as time progresses!.

This works SO much better than those paper-thin BBQ covers that I've used for the last couple of years! I wish it were about 2 inches longer, to cover my 25 Ton Forest King with a little less stress. Otherwise, I really like it.

This cover is made from high quality materials and extremely well designed for durability! It has a snub fit after being drawn tight and features a draw strap for added securement in windy conditions.

Good quality. Substantial. The only issue is that the length of all covers seems to max out at 83”. My splitter is a little bigger and 85” to 87” would cover it completely.
