This faucet is heavy and seems sturdy. I ultimately returned it, but it may work for you.Things that would have been nice to know when purchasing:- You'll need 16mm and 34mm wrenches (or an adjustable wrench that covers both of these) to perform the installation. You don't need most of the "you may need..." items listed in the installation manual.- the pre-drilled size requirements are not simply typical: it's entirely likely that your pre-drilled sink holes won't be big enough. The sales page does show pre-drilled size requirements, but i couldn't tell what size hole i have in my sink until i removed my old faucet and cleaned up. It turns out that mine was too small, and if i kept the faucet, i'd have had to bore out a larger hole to accommodate it.- It's not exactly a waterfall faucet. If you have good water pressure, the shape/direction of the spout may not work for you, because of the horizontal spray.Pros:- Looks nice. For the style, it just _looks_ a little large, but it's still nice.- Seems quite sturdy.- Triple hole plate is sturdy and comes with an anti-slip bottom.- Comes with PTFE tape (nice bonus).Cons:- The faucet has connectors embedded in the faucet body that you can't get to without some kind of special tool (neither standard adjustable wrenches nor needle nose pliers could reach). It doesn't come with such a tool, so what that means for the average person is that you have to screw in the supply hoses by twisting the hose body itself. It's impossible to get decent torque this way, but after doing so, the supply hoses didn't leak in my installation. YMMV.- Again, it's not really a waterfall faucet. My sink is not small, yet the stream sprays to the far end of the sink and splashes. Trying to wash hands in this stream gets water everywhere.Other notes:- The manual says to read through the entire manual before installing. But it's just a conglomeration of instructions for different types of faucets, none of which fits the faucet purchased. Ultimately, you just have to ignore most of the manual and use common sense.- Use the supplied PTFE tape (obviously), and wrap the threads clockwise so that they don't unwrap when you're tightening the connectors.

The media could not be loaded.  Updated from below... received replacement— both faucets are installed and working. They are more quiet than I expected. Had to adjust water stream to decrease the splash. These really are not ideal for my shallow flush mount sinks - but with the adjustment in flow, they are working beautifully. NO LEAKS! Still very impressed with the quality at this price point. I will be ordering from this company again. The faucets are a good deal.I’m disappointed in Amazon for selling returns without inspecting for use or damage. Now I know to open and inspect every Amazon order within the 30 day return window!!I ordered 2 of these opened the first and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Lovingly packaged in cloth bag, hoses protectively wrapped instructions fairly easy to read, and all parts accounted for . Agree with other reviews that it was a tight fit getting the double threaded fixing screw in place - This is a heavy sturdy faucet with actual brass & copper fittings. It looks nice-I think I’ll be very happy with it. No water hooked up yet, so more to follow. Now on to the second faucet — it arrives in an overly tapped original box (red flag that) the cloth bag is in the box, but the faucet is out of the bag- the metal hoses are damaged, frayed and bent. The adapter nuts are MIA, the faucet is splattered with caulking and the finish is worn off in places. Someone also left a couple of brushed nickel drawer pulls in the box (the only things still in original plastic- wonder how their remodel is going) Fortunately I am still in the window to return this to Amazon for a replacement- I am using a sharpie to label the box “returned/used/damaged” so hopefully this exact faucet won’t be sold to you as a new faucet - like it was to me. Even if I had bought this as slightly used, I would not have been happy with the damaged hoses and worn finis— but I bought this as a NEW FAUCET and it is clearly USED AND DAMAGED GOODS. now I’m waiting estimated 3 days for the replacement to arrive- I am not happy I do plan to leave an update when the new faucet arrives and will let you know how they both work.

The center hole in our sink was too small, but after sanding the center hole with 80 grit sand paper on a pvc tube, attached to the end of a cordless drill,( it was not easy) or I could have used a diamond cutting tool, I went with what I had and saved money, it fits perfect... I did use cut off for water supply, to cut down water pressure, it would splash out of the sink, after turning down the pressure it works great..I will be buying another one for our other bathroom.. Highly recommended.

I'd give it 5 but water spots started showing up and not coming out. We have really hard water so I was expecting this :( other than that it looks great and works just as well

I liked the look and design of this faucet but we had a fairly small/narrow sink so the water splashed out. This faucet would be best for a large sink.

I purchased two of these for a bathroom remodel. I was impressed upon opening the box that everything you could possibly need for installation is included... even plumbers tape. The feel of the faucet and lever is very sturdy. I'm looking forward to these faucets lasting a very long time.

I installed three of these and they look really nice. They have a strong stream so you need to be aware of this.

Easy to connect to my existing sink. For someone who didn't check adapters or fittings or lengths of tube, this went on just fine with no issues and had plenty of extra tube of you had a longer run for your sink. I'm glad I bought it.
