Mashed potato
The game looks great, like the minis a lot, buuuuuuut I am a little bit of a mashed potato when it comes to the rules and game mechanics, I cannot get around this thing, but I have commited myself to learned it, the other thing is the set up, it takes a little much to set up, it might bring some people down, but that can be deal with once I learned hor to play, other than that Ive seen playthroughs of it, and its something that I like, post apocaliptic theme and all that comes with it. I might update this.

Great puzzle type feel, combat cards are great.
The game is great solo and plays well with 4 people. The combat is interesting in picking your main action card. So you can decide if melee or shooting is important for the enemy that round. The tile sequencing layout and scavenge icons make up the great puzzle feel that make it great. Some down sides it can be long to play with more players. The specific zone placement don’t feel like a journey as they don’t connect, but I guess that is part of the explore scavenge feel. The story elements could also have a greater impact on the game arc while playing, but they are good when you get to experience them.
