I ordered two products and got them promptly next day about a week ago. They come nicely packaged and seem to be a good quality. The cord is nice and long to reach to the outlet.I keep one in the living room where I sit (keep my bare feet on it) during the day and the other I taped (using painters tape, see picture after a weeks use) to the foot of my bed to the sheets for my bare legs and feet to lay on when I sleep. If you don’t tape it down it gets unruly in the night and no one can see it when you make your bed.I had one years ago that I gave away after leaving my old chemical laden apartment. I did not notice a big improvement at that time but I revisited the study recently that reminded me it might help. Also I’m now one year in a carpet free, chemical & mold free home.This time I’m noticing a lot.Starting with first night, I’m sleeping though the night every night. Was getting up and down average 3x night.My daytime energy is greatly improved.Crippling knee pain is gone.I also started eating sesame seeds daily for a few weeks now and that probably helped as I just saw a study showing them reduce arthritis pain.

The media could not be loaded. There were no instructions in the package telling you which side to sleep on or anything ( I had to go to other websites to figure this out.) That said it arrived fast, packaging was fine, not hard to open. Slept on it last night and my back pain immediately went away. I did not wake up all creaky and needing to walk lightly and gingerly in the morning Had a nap on it today & it feels like it’s working.Off putting to me is immediately laying on it with bare skin (ch-ch-chilly) and skin to mat is advised. So today I began a nap laying fully clothed on it till it warmed up. Then bared the body parts I wanted exposed to it. This was much kinder and gentler than shocking myself on the cold mat with bare skin.I am a big fan of barefoot on the beach just down the road or in my garden grass. But it’s wayyyyy too cold to do that at 46 degrees F outside. I have Raynaud's and bare feet must be warm.So here I am plugging myself in and hoping for the best. Thus far… it’s a GO!!!

STRAIGHT SCAM, "CONCLUSIVELY" PROVEN WITH MEASURING EQUIPMENT. Stick around for the layman breakdown. Issue 1) The grounding wire is discontinuous––in 2 of the same product that we purchased from different sellers, and a 3rd, different product with an identical ground wire. (So, 3 of these identical ground wires are discontinuous/nonconductive.) Yes, I tested several other kinds of cables with the same meter and they are all continuous/conductive, as expected. 2) The mat itself has either infinite resistance or order(s) of magnitude higher than Mega Ohms. (The mat from said 3rd product shows an easily measurable resistance in the 10s of kilo Ohms.)Maybe my equipment––mental and voltmeter––is not smart enough, but to me, this says that the mat has zero conductivity, which means it simply does not serve its purpose of connecting you to anything other than itself.LAYMAN'S TERMS:Essentially, to be Earthed, you simply need something electrically conductive, like metal (wire), to be touching you and the Earth (or obvs your skin straight to the soil). The pad makes it comfortable, but for this to make any sense at all, *the pad must also be conductive, at least somewhat*, as was the case with the aforementioned 3rd product, but *not* with the product in this review.Explanation of my points above, if you care, and because I'm bored, and a little pissed that my mother was ripped off:1) The wire is broken. It will not connect anything to anything, although it appears to be brand new and in perfect condition. In other words, this wire will not connect the mat to Earth/ground, which is the entire point of its existence.2) The mat will not connect you to the wire than connects to Earth/ground.Basically, this product will not connect you to Earth/ground.I performed VERY basic continuity + resistance tests using a Klein multimeter. Sure, not the most precise, but precision has nothing to do with testing for continuity–the wire is either continuous, or there's a break in it, which doesn't let the desired charged particles exchange between your body and Earth. A break in the wire is the same as a break in a bridge. You cannot proceed. Obvs you + your car is the charged particle in this analogy.EVERYBODY'S GOT ONE (And why I went out of my way.)It makes me sad to see this. It seems there's a chance there could be something to Earthing/grounding, but you'll never know if you get a product like this that somehow fails at a VERY simple job–putting a piece of metal between you and the Earth. For real, the task could not be simpler.People need to maintain an open mind and not hate on something they think is new-age BS just because it sounds too good to be true, or some hippy said it, or it sounds "hippy." (Can you tell I identify with hippies? Well, I also identify with scientists.) Sometimes there is some truth to a claim (and we should all be inclined to *see for ourselves*, using actual science). Making my way to my point––crap like this can only hurt the credibility of a subject. Those poor hippies. All they want to do is spread love and joy, and the healing energy of our mother Earth. And a bunch of white collar stick-up-the-butts *automatically* discount every claim, with no actual verification on their part, yet somehow claim to be "scientists."CONCLUSION*This product could not possibly connect you to Earth/ground.* It's interesting that we have exactly the same results with the same product (identical packaging and items) purchased from 2 different Amazon sellers, and negative results on *both* the grounding wire *and* the mat itself. This makes me think a few dirty thoughts, but most importantly, ***it's a lot more likely that they're all complete BS, since we have 2 of the same defective product from different sources.***

This is much smaller than the one I order years ago it’s not the size it says it is. That not kool I pick this company bc it had a larger size and I got smaller. I’m sure it’s cost effective for you but not good for the customer make it the way and the size you use to make it. We deserve it as a consumer

I really didn't expect to feel anything from this mat. After all I don't feel the EMF going into me. Within two nights of using the mat, I slept 6 hours straight through without waking up to go to the bathroom. Literally, this was the first time in 37 years! I battle an invisible illness that causes, as well as is made worse by, interrupted sleep. I would always wake up two to three times a night to go to the bathroom. Now, I am sleeping 6 to 7 hours straight through and I have done nothing different other than use this mat. Hopefully, overtime as I work through my sleep deficit, I am hoping to see a difference in this disease that I battle. I would highly recommend it. What will it do for you?
