CoolBag Gen 1 Locking Anti-Theft Travel Tote With Insulated Cooler Compartment

Love this bag! Got it to use for recent beach vacation. Worked great for carry on. Was able to use this as my "personal item" and take a rolling bag along as well. Was able to go without checking a bag by using this. Got in black to draw less attention. Can carry a ton of stuff. Very well constructed. Used as my beach bag once I got to my destination and works great as a cooler for cocktails on the beach. Only drawback is bag itself is a little heavy no doubt due to the excellent construction and thermal lining. Looks like it will last a long time. Didn't need the lock but handy to have.

We took this on a recent trip to the beach. I love it. It is large enough for 3 towels, sunscreen, and other assorted articles deemed essential for the beach. The cooler held enough water for all three of us and kept it quite cold throughout the day. I like the locking feature but the feature that we most appreciated was the handle that we could fasten around our beach umbrella to help anchor it! That being said, it is a bit heavy. However this was not an issue for us as we used a beach cart to ferry our stuff to the beach. I highly recommend this product.

The bag seems to be durable and I love the color; however, it is rather large. It does convert to a backpack, as advertised, but it's a little awkward as a backpack. I will carry it, as it was expensive, but I don't know that I would buy it again.

I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my mom, for an upcoming cruise we are taking. Therefore it hasn't been used yet, but it looks very well built and sturdy.I just want her to be able to get a stroll or go to the pool without having to look every 5 seconds to see if her stuff is still there.I mean, it's not a bag to just leave alone for a long period of time, but it takes the hassle off of lugging your stuff around if going to a quick trip to the restroom, or if you want to go to the pool, or go get an ice cream while on board, or even when on port and enjoying the beach.It is a big bag, I read the measurements beforehand but in person it looks massive, just so you're aware. It will easily carry many items such as towel (if needed), books, magazines, refreshments, lotions, tablets, phones, wallets, headphones, etc. etc.I will update the review once we've tried it, but so far, so good.

A little stiff, bulky and heavy, but it serves its purpose well. If you want to put it in your luggage it takes up quite a bit of room.

I like it a lot but it is large enough to use as carry-on luggage. Still, it is very well-built.

We use this bag on flights, the beach and boat. It has many good features including the variety of pockets, insulation and color selection. My biggest complaint is the main compartment opening does not open wide enough.

It's a little heavy, but it was great to know that our belongings were safe while we were away from our beach chairs.
