I bought this product because even with 3 cushions piled on top of each other (like the princess and the pea story) I could not get comfortable on my desk chair because it was hurting my back / coccyx pain. I sit at my desk most days, sometimes for hours on end doing research, before the "egg sitter" I'd be in pain most days, and had gradually put more and more cushions on to try and get comfortable (pic 2).Since getting it, it's been amazing, I thought maybe I'd have to use it and put cushions on top? But no! Not a one. It's comfortable, eases back pain, one thing I haven't done is get an egg and sit on it to check! I'm not that brave! But as for all the points I've written about my lower back when sitting it's 100% improved. I even looked at getting a new chair before getting the egg sitter, as the pain some days was excruciating, now I don't need to, no pain in the bottom of the back area since swapping! I use in my car and on my scooter.

Not quite sure if it works or not, not made any difference to me.

Liked very much help with lower back pain - bought another 2 for elderly relatives who tired mine and watch a lot of cricket so be comfy on a bench etc.

This product has made my dining chair much more comfortable

Takes all the pressure off my bottom when sitting for a long time. Comfortable and good value for money.

The cushion could be larger by about 50mm fort o back

Long journeys on Megabus are now so much comfier. I am very happy with this gel cushion.
