Expert pickers venture out in all weathers to hand-harvest the seaweed in season, at the right time of the day, in tune with the tides. We also track and monitor the seaweed cycles and harvests so we can protect the future sustainability of our sources for yearse. We take only an approved quota from each shoreline, allowing for natural reproduction and regrowth. Who would have believed that a humble little puff could taste so good. Deliciously light, crispy and baked to perfection and really low in calories. First you crunch, then you munch, each little puff delivers such a fantastic flavour punch before melting in your mouth. Itâ€s hard to believe that it takes over 15g of freshly picked super nutritious seaweed to make each pack, after being dried and finely milled this is more seaweed than in whole packet of nori sheets.
