Arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to set up with nice accessories. Its perfect for 2 large coffees and the foam it produces is excellent. Best results are with full fat milk that you fill to max line. Go over line and you will make a mess. On minimum settings the froth isn't as good. No complaints so far. Hopefully it will be reliable.

Absolutely brilliant product. It really is almost silent to operate and very quick to achieve your desired results.I generally opt for the dense foam and it is a game changer for coffee drinkers at home. The foam doesn't dissipate into the coffee either. (I only use semi-skimmed milk) Very quick and easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. I cannot recommend this product enough and have nothing negative to add at all. Just buy one!

My Nespresso Aeroccino 3 stopped working so needed a replacement. I was not impressed with the Nespresso as it hadn't been used much so I thought I'd try a cheaper version. Read many reviews and chanced my luck with this Morpilot for £38. I shall compare this Morpilot to the Nespresso that I have experience of. Obviously Morpilot wins on price but whether it will last remains to be seen. It arrived quickly and I have used it every day for just over a week. It has the same milk capacity as the Nespresso and it is vital that it is not overfilled. It has 4 settings ( 2 x warm froth, 1 x hot milk only, 1 x cold froth) compared to the Nespresso 2 settings (warm froth & cold froth). The settings are easier to use as they are shown on the front and light up so easy to see. The first 2 froth settings I think are supposed to be different but I find they make roughly the same amount of foam, and boy do they foam. I have used all 4 settings and found them great. It comes with an extra frother whisk and cleaning tool, but more importantly it has a rubber spatula which is needed to empty all the froth out! So far the milk has not burnt on to the base unlike the Nespresso. My only plus point for the Nespresso is it's design for the top part where it is all metal and joined further down, thus when cleaning there is less likelihood of water entering the join. But I do not feel this warrants the extra cost of the Nespresso. So, overall I am really pleased with this frother and it certainly does what it says on the box, I just hope it has some longevity.UPDATE: 12.11.23Have used this frother multiple times a day, every day, but it has now decided to stop frothing. Still heats the milk fine but only froths slightly compared to before. I've changed types of milk and the frothing wheel but there's no difference. Most upset as this has been a brilliant little machine. I will now upgrade to a Gaggia bean to cup.UPDATE 18.11.23Now frothing again !

Really happy with the purchase. Instead of buying the more expensive brands, this product smashes it.Does exactly the same like the bigger brands for half the price.Manages to froth normal and plant based milk very easy.Easy to use, clean and the quality of the milk is brilliant.Very happy and well worth the purchase

I have bought 2 of these as very good. 1st one used daily for years and needed a 2nd for holidays. We used semi skimmed milk with good results. Good seller recommended.

Love that there's 4 different settings, so I can use to just heat milk as well as froth.

I wasn't expecting much from this little device. My Mum has a fancy one that costs over £100 for something the same size and which does the exact same thing. So I assumed that for under £30 it would just be ok. I was wrong. This is a great little device. It looks and feels well made and certainly doesn't come across as cheap-looking. The plastic has a nice finish to it.It does a good job making the different foams and o can't fault it at all.My only gripe is that my hands are a little large so for me it's a bit of a squeeze getting the whisk out to clean and to clean the bottom of the milk container - but this is not a fault of the device at all. I'm still able to clean it properly.Update:After having it nearly 4 months and with only light usage a few times a week I'm sad to say it's broken already. Seems to be some kind of electronic malfunction. It turns on when I put it on the base when it shouldn't and the button to change the mode no longer works so unable to turn it off or on. The company have been terrible. Initially they gave me a discount code to buy a new replacement item for free which didn't work. I complained so they gave me another code which again didn't work. I complained yet again and they've now told me they can't even issue a refund as Amazon have closed their account?...Further Update: In the end I disputed this with Amazon and was provided a refund from Amazon. Seller was DREADFUL. I bought one from Lavazza instead for nearly the same price and it's a lot better quality!

Works OK, price is good. However, removing & replacing the frother wheel requires tiny hands & patience, annoying…
