Bestem Carbon Fiber Clutch Cover Fairing for BMW K1200R K1200S K1300R K1300S

I've purched other Bestem carbon fiber parts before and quality was always first rate. The clutch cover was no exception. While technically perfectly cast, one issue was noticed. The original plastic BMW cover has two rubber bumpers installed to prevent the cover from vibrating against the painted motor casting. The Bestem part did not have the rubber bumpers. Without the bumpers, the Bestem part touches the motor casing and would certainly damage the motor paint. I had to install an adhesive backed rubber strip to prevent the Bestem part from touching the motor case directly and causing damage to the paint due to vibration.

Not carbon fiber. No weave. Looked like stock plastic

I have purchased this part for my 2011 K1300R. Perfect fit and beautiful finish. Nice, affordable upgrade. Gave the motorcycle a sportier look.

Tip top für dieses Geld ein Schnäppchen und gut verarbeitet. Im Vergleich zum Original fehlen die Gummi Prelldämpfer aber das ist keinerlei merkbar oder eine Beeinträchtigung. Kann ich weiterempfehlen 👍🏻
