Perfect fit for Lexus RX400h
It's a perfect fit for Lexus RX400h. Pay attention to the alignment and air flow direction printed on the filter. The filter's square corner goes to the upper left corner when you face the vehicle. Be sure to secure all four latches.

Appears to be the same as dealers but you will save a hefty charge for a simple bit of maintenance. Well worth the cost.

2 additional mpg after changing to this filter
After installing this factory replacement, my mileage went up 2 mpg. Ouch, my old filter did not look that dirty but from now on I'll be changing them more frequently. This is my third filter on a vehicle that has 56,000 miles on it. I do change the interior/cabin filter more frequently.
