Krusell 89732 ColorCover Slim Case for iPhone 5/5S - Blue

I bought this case as a quick, temporary, case for my new phone before I received it. I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasing feel of the case, the quality of the fit and the thin profile, which adds very little to the bulk of the phone.My only concern is that the case, because it is so thin, will not do a good job of protecting the phone if I drop it. But I am enjoying the case so much that I am not in a hurry to find something more protective.

i loved it when I got it but it already cracked. it has a lifetime warranty so I'm going to try and send it back.

Not much to say here apart from the fact that its SLIM. It does what any slim cover does - shows off the phone, does not add bulk & gives you basic to moderate protection. I have dropped my phone in my garage. It fell about 4 feet & my phone was fine with no scuffs or scratches. The case has held up well so far & any visible scuffs on it are from the fall.

I got this to match the gold iPhone and protect it without disguising the gold color and thereby defeating the purpose of having the gold model by covering it up. The color is actually very close to the tone of the phone.However, I went through two of these cases because the plastic that surrounds the buttons on the side of the phone is thin, and broke on both of my cases. It also didn't protect my phone from a fall onto concrete--I had to replace the phone.I'd say it's a decent case for light protection if you are willing to replaced it a couple times a year, but if you tend to drop your phone, you should go for something more heavy duty.

I really want to love this case. It's sleek, slim, and has a great finish. At first blush, it's the perfect complement to the iPhone 5's design aesthetic.But, after one day of use, it's already starting to show signs of wear.I should note that I'm very careful with my phone. I keep it in a separate pocket at all times, never against keys, coins, or even my wallet. And, as I've only had the case for a couple days now, it has only seen the inside of dress slacks and a suit - that is, no jeans or other harsh materials.And, still, I can see what looks to be paint chipping on the corners and edges of the case. It's really a shame, because it's an otherwise beautiful product.One other thing, I ordered the blue case. But, the blue in the picture is a completely different color. The actual phone is a darker shade of blue - like an electric or cobalt blue. I think it actually looks nicer, which is why I only mention it as an aside. But, it's borderline false advertising, in my opinion. I was expecting one thing, and got something quite different.Bottom line: Unless they improve the quality of the paint so that it doesn't start wearing so easily, I would take a pass on this case. On the other hand, if you're one who doesn't mind a little wear on your case (it is just a case, after all), then I think it's well worth the price.

This is more a cover to prevent scratches and dings. It is perfect is that is your goal. I don't drop my phone a lot so I am not as concerned about damage from breaking but more scratches and nicks from being in my bag and pocket.

I contacted krusell in Sweden and they apologized and sent two free cases but the paint came off of them in 24 hours at all four corners, back and front! Couldn't believe how bad it was. Eventually the black underneath came off too, to reveal a light plastic color. The point of getting a case that has no drop protection is to show off the form of the case without getting it all scratched but if the case is beat up looking after a 24 hours it is worthless. I never dropped it or kept it in pockets with keys or coins etc but the paint just comes flying off! I would recommend the spigen ultra thin air or the power support slim bumper.

ServusHabe die Hülle gestern bekommen! Wie immer erstmal ein DANKE an AMAZON für die wie immer schnelle Lieferung per PRIME!Nun zur Schutzhülle! Die Passgenauigkeit ist super! Ohne Probleme konnte man die Hülle übers IPHONE 5 stülpen. Dazu liegt das Telefon nun, zumindest ist das mein persönliches Empfinden, besser in der Hand!Allerdings weist die Hülle, ich habe die schwarze erworben, bereits nach einem Tag Stellen auf wo die Farbe abgeht und das Kunststoff zum Vorschein kommt! Das finde ich ein qualitätsmindernd, zumal ich mich Frage ob man nicht durchgefärbten Kunstoff hätte nehmen können!Alles in allem macht die Hülle einen guten Eindruck, hat eine top Passgenauigkeit und hat auch ein optisch ansprechendes Design. Aber die weißen Stellen unter der schwarzen Hülle stören schon jetzt!Ob die Hülle das Gerät auch ausreichend schützt wird man auch erst nach ein paar Wochen sehen! Aber aktuelle würde ich davon ausgehen, denn den Eindruck macht sie allemal!Für den Preis auf jeden Fall ein TOP Produkt aus dem Hause KRUSELL - wenn das mit der Farbe nicht wäre...... daher nur 4 Sterne.

Das ist das zweite Cover, das ich für mein iPghone 5 gekauft habe. Das erste hat mein iPhone vor einigem Schaden bewahrt, es ist mir ein paar Mal heruntergefallen (beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto auf den Asphalt gefallen, im Haus auf Fliesenboden etc.) und es war immer gut geschützt. Der Vorteil, dass es sehr dünn ist ist gleichzeitig auch der Nachteil, weil es an einer Ecke bei meinem alten Cover zum Bruch gekommen ist, an der Naht Rückseite/Seitenschutz, und es auch durch die Stürze schon etwas lädiert und durch die Benutzung abgegriffen war, habe ich mich nach ca. einem Jahr für ein neues, aber immer das gleiche, Cover entschieden. Ich denke, die knapp 8,-€ sind gut investiert, wenn man es zusammen rechnet sind es nach zwei/drei Jahren auch nicht mehr, wie ein 'fettes' Cover, aber das hier trägt so gut wie gar nicht auf und wiegt auch nur sieben Gramm. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits!

Erstmal ist das bereits die zweite Hülle für mein iPhone 5 (besitze noch das Snap Case Slider  vau Snap Case Slider - matte black - zweigeteiltes Hard-Case für Apple iPhone 5 ) zu dem ich ebenfalls eine Rezension geschrieben habe. Die war keinenfalls schlecht, nur etwas dicker und somit für meine Hände etwas unhandlich. Außerdem war mir die Kamera Aussparung zu groß und der Sperrbutton auf dauer zu schwer zugänglich.Bei der Hülle von Krusel sind alle Punkte optimal gelöst. Sie trägt nicht dick auf, umschließt dennoch alle Kanten und macht gerade an den Ecken einen besonders stabilen Eindruck. Das Material ist dabei flexibel, was die Anbringung einfach gestaltet. Die Hülle sitzt perfekt & die Handlichkeit des iPhones bleibt absolut erhalten. Die Hülle fühlt sich sehr angenehm an und es geht kein Plastikgeruch von ihr aus. Auf der Vorderseite ragt die Hülle wirklich nur minimal über, damit das iPhone nicht direkt auf dem Display liegt.Fazit: Wer eine schlichte, hochwertige und zu dem preiswerte Hülle möchte, ist hier absolut richtig beraten. vau Snap Case Slider - matte black - zweigeteiltes Hard-Case für Apple iPhone 5

...wenn man bedenkt, was andere Hersteller für ihre Schutzhüllen verlangen. Dafür muss man ein paar Abstriche bei der Material Qualität machen (bei mir löste sich die matte Beschichtung nach einiger Zeit ab). Die gute Haptik ist davon nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Ganze liegt sehr gut in der Hand und auch das Display wird gut geschützt, wenn man es auf den Tisch legt.Da ich inzwischen durch einen leichten Sturz eine Kante der Hülle abgebrochen habe (dem iPhone ist nichts passiert), werde ich mir demnächst auch eine zweite Hülle holen. Evtl. dann ohne matte Beschichtung.Ach ja, die Hülle trägt an einer Seite das KRUSELL Logo. Das ist, zumindest bei mir, auch nicht zu entfernen.Anschlüsse sind alle gut zu erreichen und vor allem die seitlichen Tasten sind perfekt zu bedienen.

Passt sehr gut auf das 5er iPhone und schaut klasse aus. Das Orange ist etwas dunkler wie auf dem Bild, finde ich aber sogar noch etwas besser. Die Hülle macht was sie soll und hat mein iPhone schon 2mal gut bei einem hohen Sturz geschützt. Beim 2ten Sturz aus ca. 2,00m Höhe ist die Hülle dann leider etwas gerissen, weil das Handy genau auf die Ecke gefallen ist. Handy hat keinen Kratzer oder Schaden davon getragen, das ist die Hauptsache und ich denke das bei so einer Höhe die Hülle auch reißen darf. Einziges kleines Manko ist, das sich die Farbe im Laufe der Zeit etwas von den Kanten abreibt und den Blick auf das Plastik freigibt. Muss aber auch sagen das die Hülle bei mir recht stark beansprucht wird.
