I was taking DIM 200mg almost 2 months from other brand. Acne seems like disappear in the beginning but it came back so I decided to take 300mg and did research for good brand. AWESOME SUPPLEMENT!!!❤️❤️ I have been taking these DIM pills for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed that they definitely have help me with the hot flashes and my mood. I'm not sure if the pills are helping with the mood or just the lack of hot flashes are making the mood better. Either way I am very happy with them and can tell if I didn't take them for a day or two. I wanted to try them for the estrogen. They have seemed to work for me, I don't know about you but hot flashes are terrible and I would try anything, so I'm excited I have found something that helps that is healthy and inexpensive. That in itself is a huge bonus as far as I'm concerned. Plus they are not huge and they are easy to swallow and it's only one a day!! Hooray!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They are not as good to me as other brand I usually buy I think they are more like a knock off for sure

I have been taking the DIM pill for 5 days. The first 4 days I kept having a dull headache, but the hot flashes have subsided significantly. By the fifth day, I didn’t feel any headaches and my mind felt clearer. I am 42 and would normally get hot flashes and facial flushing a week prior to my period, and didn’t feel any of that since starting DIM. I definitely feel it’s worth getting and sticking with it. It’s worth noting, that you must take it with a meal and keep hydrated; it helped with the dull headaches at the beginning.

I thought I would try this supplement in conjunction with Vitex berry supplements for my PMDD issues. Literally within 6 hours of taking the first pill I had a soul crushing, car-crash migraine accompanied by a full day of vomiting so bad I had to go the ER to get relief. I thought maybe it was just food poisoning or a fluke, so I tried it again a few days later with the EXACT same result. 2 trips to the ER in less than a week, and I am throwing these pills in the garbage can. Thanks but no thanks, these supplements are not for me.

I purchased this product to help with acne. I am in my 40's and still get acne. I am pleased to say it has been working. I was worried it would taste bad or be a pain to take. It is no problem. I have added this to my daily vitamins "pile" and it is great. Not taste or aftertaste.
