Huaian Stick Moxa - Super Pure Grade (20 Sticks Per Box) - 3 boxes

So pleased with the smaller size of these moxa sticks -- they are slightly longer than a cigarette. They're perfect for single use. Was prescribed the much bigger cigar-sized sticks by my acupuncturist -- those were good for 4-5 uses and were sometimes hard to extinguish between uses. When I needed more moxa and saw these advertised on Amazon, was glad to see there were smaller-sized options available. Was prescribed moxa to warm acupuncture points to cope with heavy periods, so do use them on a regular basis. Don't find these smaller moxa sticks are any more or less smoky, or stronger smelling, than the larger ones. But they don't smell like tobacco to me, they smell like burning moxa. Recommend using any moxa product outside or in a very, very well-ventilated room as the smell lingers and clings to fabric, like clothing, curtains and upholstery.I do recommend this product to anyone who has been prescribed moxa by a trained healer and taught to use them properly. These are not cigarettes, and are not meant to be smoked or taken internally.

The sticks were well made, but I wish they emitted less smoke. Also, I only used half of a box, and now have 2 1/2 boxes left. I used them to try to turn my baby, but he was unable to turn for other medical reasons - so, the moxibustion did not work in my case. If I get pregnant again, I would have to try the sticks much earlier in the pregnancy.

They do the job, and at a dollar per stick I can afford to send them home gratis with patients.

I have used Moxa sticks before which were more expensive but this one works just as well. It smells more like cigarette than the others I have used. So if you are OK with smell of nicotene, go for it.

I got these for my parents and when I got them, I was pretty disappointed with the size, they are about the size of a cigarette, only slightly longer. It was actually very smoky and it wasn't as effective as the ones that are the size of cigars.

These moxa sticks are tiny! Just a bit bigger than a cigarette. I must have missed something. Good quality tho!

Works well, it helps me with alergies and other remedies, lasts quite a bit, i would defenitly recommend it. a

I used the Moxa on a fungus and it dried it out nicely. I also used them for arthritis pain.
