This control did not have a closed caption button...which I am hearing impaired and really needed. This is NOT acceptable. I will be looking to replace this new control because of that.

My original review was censored by Amazon even though it was accurate and did not contain any profanity. My point is that I bought a defective product. The company refused to take it back. That tells a lot about this company. Hope this meets the Amazon standards. Sorry if the truth offends.

Awful remote. If you press the down button, it skips twice. You can't use it if you want the second selection on a list or every other selection. Automatically takes you to the next selection and you are unable to go up without skipping two selections. Don't buy.

I does not work! We wasted our money agai,

It arrived early. I did not have to do one thing to it except put in batteries and point. It was already programed for my needs. I am very happy because my original one was ancient and it was no longer working.

Lost my remote for my television. Ordered this and it worked great the very first time I tried to use it. I highly recommend this. Also had very fast shipping.
