Item As Described
FYI, because NOWHERE do they tell you how many eggs are in a can, in the three cans I opened, there were 20 in each can. Not 22, not 12 - 20 eggs per can. There was room for AT LEAST a dozen more. That said, I am very pleased with the eggs. The eggs were intact and the fluid they were in was clear. (See the attached picture.) There's no reason they couldn't put 2 dozen eggs in each can. However, that's what they've chosen to put in the can and charge for. That's their business - literally. I would, and will, buy this product again.

Very good quality, no complaints!
Hi everyone! These are very good quality. I use them for salads, just by themselves, Smooshed onto a cracker with some hot sauce (lol), and of course, a healthy treat for my schnauzers.I've purchased these before, and I will do so into the future.

Best Quail Eggs In A Can
Out of canned quail eggs I've tried, so far these are the most tender and delicious, and you'll pay for this naturally, as of now $4.63 per can at the going rate of $27.80 for 6 cans. If you eat half a can at a time you can cut this cost and feel less guilty about this as I do, but it's not easy to stop eating them! They are like any other steamed/hard boiled egg, so you decide if you want to add salt or dip them in a sauce to compensate. They are wonderful for salads when cut in half and added on top, so easy to make a mini cobb with.So why you might wonder did I only give these 4 stars? Two reasons. Cost is a bit high (perhaps not unreasonably considering they are a delicacy and shelled), but they are only 3/4 of a can full! The rest is water which spills inevitably whenever you open the can, so be sure to open these where they won't make a mess or are easy to clean up. You'll get a 15 ounce can, but much of that weight is liquid which is heavy. If you look carefully, what you actually get is 7 ounces dry weight, says so at the bottom of the can, so they seem more expensive than I first thought. Still, if you are looking for a special treat, this is it, and Roland is a great brand. I've included a couple of photos so you can see exactly what is inside after being drained and rinsed since you already know what a can filled to the top with water looks like.

Hard boiled quail eggs
Arrived in good condition. No dented cans. We used them to make pickled eggs for a party.

Want food poisoning?
These started off strong. I got all 6 cans, ate two with no issue, but the other 4 cans once opened were -rank-. I didn't realize it in time to NOT get terrible food poisoning from the first bad-can, and felt like total ass for the next 3 days. I don't blame the seller-- they're cans of eggs, how are THEY supposed to know which are good and which aren't? The cans are all the same from the outside.However... not a purchase I'll be making again. Sorta sad about the outcome tbh.

Ok
I liked the speed I could get the eggs. I did not like that the eggs were soft and mushy.
