UPDATE: Although these pillows were not right for me the customer service was great. They sent an item to me at no charge to make up for the fact that I was a disappointed customer.I bought these because I love feather pillows. They are good quality covering but they go completely flat. So much so that it’s like sleeping on no pillow at all. I really thought they might plump up after several weeks but no such luck. I returned both of my orders. Now searching for new pillows.

These pillows are very soft, comfortable and supportive. I thought I had bought the perfect pillow and was delighted until a lot of feathers started poking out after only one month. I purchased pillow protectors to see if it helps with the feather pokes but this could have been avoided if better, thicker material had been used.

Excellent quality construction, exactly what I needed as a side sleeper. Firm enough, immediately comfortable, just fluff a bit and it puffs up again. Down is wrapped in cushioning so no feathers poking. Thick pillowcases make sure of that as well. Slept well since my first night!! Recommended!!

These are okay. They are comfortable however the feathers have begun to come out and stab us. I will be purchasing thicker cases to help prevent this

AWFUL SMELL. I washed it 3 times and the strong, farm smell is still there. it's disgusting.

My old pillows gave me neck and backaches. These pillows support my neck and I can punch them into different shapes for comfort or when I'm annoyed. I'm annoyed less now as I sleep much better. They're great.

Finally have the pillow my husband loves after spending money on a total of 7 pillows he hated!!!thank you so much!!!!...now I know where to purchase pillows!!!

These pillows smell, they are hot, and hold on to any fluid like sweat. I do not reccomend these pillows.
