Keep getting a trouble shooting message bought this for a Christmas present tried to play it today and canāt! Paid over Ā£100 for a game that doesnāt work very disappointing

A complete hoax - the CD is used, scratched and useless!!
The product announces itself to be new. However, when we open the box, the game is so scratched and used that it cannot run on the console.It was a present for our cousin that lives in another country, and we lost our face giving this āTrojan horseā We lost the window to return and $110, but I'm leaving this review to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
