I only gained a little
I have not lost weight but I have been sedentary and only gained 4 pounds, so I think this vitamin does help, I just have physical issues that limit any activity.

Ordered at 12/22/2019. delivered at 12/23/2019. SO DISAPPOINTED it’s expired at 12/2019. BASICALLY I GOT A EXPIRED PRODUCT. Ironically from a health company.
