Quality of the stones themselves is great, however the coating on the outside gives the majority of the stones in the package a mirror/silver appearance instead of amber translucent color in the picture. We'll see if it burns off after more heat cycles, but certainly a bit bummed with the actual color. That being said we haven't had a single stone crack or pop as is often the problem with lower end brands.

I bought this product based on the inaccurate description of “3/4 inch- quarter size” pebbles which is what i needed. I received a package of dime sized pebbles and although my return request was accepted, I am suppose to pay for postage...for their mistake. It’s not even worth it to return. Super frustrating!My bad, the description did not say “quarter” size, just indicated 3/4 inch- I was reading a description from an order I placed, then cancelled and completed with this company as the price was better. The descriptions were pretty much identical with the exception of “quarter “ sized. The price was probably better as the pebbles are small. They are not something you would use in a garden but are good for a fire pit.

Our pool and lanai furniture colors blend beige, brown, blue and gray. I purchased these dark blue fire glass beads to complement and tie in the golden brown beads included with our new dark bronze-colored fire table. I started with the sample to be sure the color was acceptable. Surprisingly, the sample comprised a good number of beads so I could see the full variation of color. I then ordered a 10-lb bag and continue to be very pleased. Not a single bead was chipped or broken, and the slightly mirrored finish on some of them truly picks up the firelight. BTW, after our first lighting with the blue stones, I spent a few minutes making sure all the top layer beads are laying rounded side up for prettier reflection--worth the time.

So beautiful!! We purchased these for the natural gas fire pit I built. However, we had a lot...I mean A LOT of broken pieces mixed in with ours. This wouldn't have been a big deal but we have a 2yr old and 5yr old who cant keep their hands out of the fire pit during the days we are outside playing.I figured the company would sift though them getting most of the broken pieces out before packaging. Maybe they did and the breakage occurred during shipping & handling. Who knows. We will be buying some more this next summer to better fill up the pit, but will be looking for a better quality. Hopefully we can get the same color...because these are definitely beautiful!

I recently dug up an old lily pond that was in my back yard. I decided to develop the pond into a Zen garden but using the glass beads instead of water. Turned out better than expected. Looks spectacular at night. Note: the water you see in the pond was from a recent rain.

I just needed a small amount of glass rocks for my table top burner. This sample size was perfect and when added to my burner came out looking really nice. I guess I didn't realize they were flat on one side but since my tabletop burner is so small I can flip them over easily. I'm not sure that would have worked if I would have had a larger fire pit. It may have said that in the description but somehow I missed that. They are very nice.

I used these in my yard as part of my landscaping with glass, beautiful!

Nice blue color, good quality, stand up well to heat, and priced much less than competition. Only noticed one broken pebble. Just know that when the flames are on, you really don't see the bold blue color as much. It appears much lighter in color. But still very pleased with the purchase.
